Monday morning

The hole school was talking about Jason they found his body with a bullet hole in his forehead.

Charlotte walked up to her brothers locker..Hey!! Did you talk to betty?

"Yeah, she seems cool." He mutters, She shakes her head if the guy I love kiss my new friend I wouldn't be cool .. Betty is definitely not cool, Boys they can be really stupid, She thought. Charlotte gave Archie a look

She's really cool little sister Archie's put an hand on her arm. She just rolled her eyes.

What ever you say Archie she told him..

"Hi." Jughead said standing behind Archie .. Charlotte smiled at him he smiled at her that made her blush. Archie glares at him for a split second before talking.

"Do you think I can use Jason Blossom's death as an excuse to get out of PE?

'Sorry, coach, I'm just too depressed and freaked out right now to do pull-ups.'" Jughead jokes, Charlotte let out a little giggle.. Archie turns to his sister she bit her lip and played with the end of her hair.

"Don't joke about Jason Blossom," Archie says with a glare..

"Yeah, too soon Juggie Charlotte said with a playful scowl on her face

"What? Sardonic humour is just my way of relating to the world. Look, it's the rich kids from the Goonies.

Andrew siblings Jughead winks at Charlotte and walks with his head down through the group of Reggie and the other brainless jocks getting nudged by Reggie in the process.

"Watch it, Wednesday Addams," Reggie shouts and Charlotte glare at him, She wanted to walk over there and punch that dumb stupid jock.

So, I take it you and Jughead are talking again." Archie teases as we both walk down the corridor.

Yeah!! she smiled softly with a blush

"Good morning, students. This is your principal speaking. There have been many inquiries about the upcoming pep rally. So, let me state clearly, it is happening, as scheduled. Now, on a less felicitous note, if you could give your attention to Sheriff Keller."the announcement that came through the speakers

"Most of you already know the details, but your classmate Jason Blossom's body was found late Saturday night. So, as of the weekend, Jason's death is now being treated as a homicide. It is an open and ongoing investigation."

Charlotte and Archie stop outside the school's trophy cabinet and look at all the notes left on it for Jason. Charlotte looks at Archie sadly. as Sheriff Keller spoke.

"And may I interject neither I nor the rest of my family will rest until Jason's death is avenged, and his cold-hearted killer is walking the green mile to sit in old sparky and fry. I for one have my suspicions. #RiverdaleStrong." Cheryl said.

"If you know anything that could help us find and apprehend Jason's killer or anything about what happened to him on July Fourth, I strongly urge you to come forward immediately. You can speak with me or Principal Weatherbee. A death like this wounds us all. Let's not let Jason down." She take Archie's arm and we carry on walking until he suddenly stops outside Weatherbee's office and stares in.

"Everything alright Archie?"  Charlotte ask her brother with a frown he looked guilty about something? He nods at her and carries on walking.

"Archie," Jughead calls out and the both of us turn to look at him.

"Weirdest thing. This summer, we were all supposed to go on a road trip over July Fourth weekend... which you bailed on at the last minute. Is there something you want to tell us, pal?"

I look from Jughead to Archie.. What Jughead think my brother killed Jason? That's crazy he was working with daddy she thought or is it?
