Charlotte was disappointed at her brother she avoided Archie. He was so caught up in his feelings for Miss Grundy that he couldn't see the right thing to do.
Charlotte found herself in the student lounge with all the sophomores during her free period. She sat on top of a counter with a book in her hand while Jughead leant against it reading it with her and He was playing with a piece of her hair she looked at him smiling softly.
"And Sheriff Keller's grilling me, mantle the magnificent 'cause I'd want Blossom dead. When he was, like, the only good quarterback we had. And speaking of offensive tight-ends, I should've sent the cops to you, Moose. Because here's another unsolved mystery. What exactly were you and Kevin doingat the river, huh? Or does being with the Sheriff's son give you a free pass? Keller?"Reggie asks Charlotte looks up from her book at him
"Reggie's just being a blowhard, Kev." Betty say.
"I don't care what he says," Kevin assures her.
"I mean, let's think about it, if a kid at Riverdale killed Jason, it's not gonna be a jock, right? Now, let's be honest. Isn't it always some spooky, scrawny, pathetic internet troll, too busy writing his manifestos to get laid? Some smug, moody, serial killer fanboy freak, like Jughead? What was it like, Suicide Squad? When you shot Jason?" Charlotte go to jump off the counter and attack Reggie but Jughead quickly reaches out and pulls her back leaving his arm around her so She wouldn't move.
"Don't you think you should be more respectful Reggie? What with Jason's sister being here and all?" Jughead says calmly rubbing his finger in a circle on her back,, Charlotte looks over at cheryl.
"Oh, come on Jughead we know you did it and I'll bet you even got ittle red to help. Right babe? Reggie winks at Charlotte , I mean I know she is like in love with Jughead and she do anything for you.. you probably fucked her after you two killed him? You both didn't do stuff to the body, did you? Like... After?" Jughead's hand curls into a fist at the things Reggie was saying but Jughead's face remains calm.
"It's called necrophilia Reggie; can you spell it?" Jughead says smartly.
"Come here, you little..." Reggie says through grit teeth and jumps out of his seat.
Charlotte quickly jump off the counter while Jughead stands up straight. Archie jumps between the jumps them shoving Reggie away.
"Hey, shut the hell up, Reggie."
"Boys," Veronica warns.
"What do you care, Andrews?"
"Nothing, just leave him alone."
"Holy crap. I was wrong, was it you and Donnie Darko that killed him together? Was it some sort of pervy, blood brother thing?"At this, Archie pushed Reggie harder who retaliated by pushing Archie back into the vending machine.
"Stop!" Charlotte shouted as the two boys fall to the floor fighting. Jughead goes behind Reggie and tries to drag him off Archie but Reggie only carried on. He swung his fist back and hit Archie in the face knocking him out on the floor.
"You jerk!" Charlotte screamed at him and slapped Reggie "If you even talk shit about my brother or my friend's otherwise I will slam my heel in to your face She said with a sweet little smile
Reggie just gives her a smug smile and looks her up and down.
"I can see what Jones sees in you, You're probably fun in bed little red , She just glare at the stupid jock and lift her knee up kicking him where it hurt. Instantly Reggie curls over in pain and she grab his hair and lift his head to look at her before bending down to his ear.
"Next time, I'll hurt you so bad that you won't be able to look my way without crying."

Jughead's attention was on Charlotte as she stood with Betty in there cheerleader outfits it was the first game.
Jughead lean against the side of the bleachers surrounded by cheering football fans most holding pictures of Jason which they happily waved around. As Archie walked away from Grundy and over to him his black eye became more visible under the football fields lights.
"Girl trouble? You?" Jughead joke looking at Archie.
"Grundy and me, we're telling Weatherbee. At least, I am. And also, I didn't mean all that crap I said to you. I would never tell her. I'm sorry."
"It's cool," I assure him. Archie nods, looking at him expectantly.
"We're not gonna hug in front of this whole town. So why don't we both just do that bro thing where we nod like douches and mutually suppress our emotions?" Jughead says ,Archie just laughs and they high five Archie was going to walk away.
Jug? He looked at him
Yeah?
You and my sister?.. Archie trails off
Jughead sighed and look down and looked back up at him.. Look dude i made you a promise that I wouldn't date your sister or tell her how I felt Jughead says thinking back when he made that promise to Archie he shouldn't have
It's not that I don't I mean she's my little sister and you're my friend Archie says
I get it no problem Archie pats his shoulder before walking off
Juggie!! He looks at Charlotte she smiles and waves at him he smiled back at her.. I'm such an idiot he thought
