Charlotte was lineup with the other cheerleaders. She felt eyes on her she looked at the person who was looking at her and it was Jughead. She get butterflies in her tummy. She just wanted to run over there and kiss him, She was snapped out of her thoughts by betty hitting her arm lightly She looked away from Jughead with a blush. Jughead smiled

We're with him tonight. Now, please join me in welcoming to the field our very own River Vixens, and their special guest stars, my daughter, Josie and her Pussycats!"

The Mayor says and the crowd cheers as the Pussycats walk onto the stage. As they sang the River Vixens danced.

When the song stopped everyone cheered and watched as Cheryl and Josie hugged on the stage.

"All right, you all ready? Let's make some noise! Put your hands together for the Riverdale Bulldogs." Coach cheers and the Bulldogs run through a banner with Archie leading them. Charlotte clapped seeing her brother. Cheryl ran off the stage.Veronica ran after her.

Hey nice outfit  Jughead said waiting for Charlotte out side of the locker room. She rolled her eyes she walked to him

I know it's positively horrendous she said looking at him, He looked at her for a minute before speaking

It is he started to say he took a few steps towards her and tucked a peace of hair behind her ear and said "But on you it looks beautiful" he pulled away from her smiling, She blushed and said softly, "Thank you"

Anytime , Now, why don't I treat you to dinner at Pop's?" Jughead asked wrapping his arm around her shoulder, She got butterflies.

Your saving me from starving to death You're my hero. She said giggling he laugh and the two may they way to Pop's

The two sat across from each other eating and just talking.. This was nice being with Jughead she wondered if this was a date? No of course not don't be stupid we are just two friends hanging out and besides Jughead doesn't even like me like that she thought sadly

Charlotte!! She looked at Jughead who just chuckled a little God she is so adorable he thought.He reaches over and wiped some chocolate of her lip she instantly blushed he moved his hand to her cheek.

"Mind if we join you?" Betty asked Jughead pulled his hand quickly away

No no Charlotte said blushing, Archie and Veronica sat down beside Charlotte and Betty sat down next to Jughead Betty gave Charlotte a smile Archie on the other hand gave Jughead a glare.

"Veronica Lodge." She greets. Cutting the awkwardness

"Jughead Jones, the third." He says

"Jughead Jones, the third?" Veronica says with frowned eyebrows.
