Untitled Part 9

After their conversation ended, Ren, Asaka and Tetsu left but Ren would come at Miwa’s house at night to carry out their plan. Miwa and Kai sat on the couch and watched TV. Of course, their thoughts were on Aichi and his psycho-obsession thing. Miwa looked at Kai.

"I’m really sorry for all these things happening to you"

Kai closed his emerald green eyes slowly.

"It’s Ok. I just want you to be careful too. Who knows what this kid has in his mind… "

"Was he always like that?"

"Well, he was always weird with me because years ago I gave him Blaster Blade, but since I saved him from his Psyqualia thing he is… that."

Miwa touched his jaw with his hand while he was thinking. Then, his doorbell rang.

"I’m coming!" Miwa shouted as he got up from the couch.

Kai stayed still, hearing Miwa walking to the door and open it. He heard the guest talking.

"Hello, Miwa-kun! Is Kai-kun here?"

Kai sprang from his from his seat, rolled his eyes and searched for something to throw to Aichi’s head.

Why is HE here? Why is he following me all the time?

He couldn’t see what was going on, but he could still hear Miwa talk.

"Kai? No, he is not here. "

"Are you sure?" Aichi said, with a scary tune on his voice.

Kai felt his heart beating and wanting to explode out of his chest.

Be careful, Miwa!

"Yeah, I’m sure. I haven’t seen him since last night. Why? Did something happen to him? " the blonde said, playing perfectly his role.

"When I called Kai-kun this morning, he answered me from his house phone, not his mobile, but one minute later I went to his home and he wasn’t there. I also didn’t see him leaving… I thought you would know something."

"Sorry, Aichi! I don’t know anything. "

One minute of silence passed, while Kai was getting ready to attack if something happened to Miwa. Finally, Aichi announced his departure.

"Alright. If you learn something, just call me... "

 "I will…"

The door closed and Miwa came back to living room, where he found Kai upstanding.

"Man I thought I would die…" Miwa said puffing.

"I thought the same…"

The boys stayed like that, freaked out from Aichi’s behavior, looking at the floor.

"If you want to rest, you can go and sleep to the guest room upstairs. I will stay here to prepare Ren’s tonight costume."

Kai accepted his offer and went upstairs and tried to sleep. He couldn’t. He was thinking about the possibilities of Miwa’s plan to succeed, but he wasn’t able to even do that.

Aichi is haunting me.

He laughed sadly at how it sounded.
