He pushed off the floor and away from you. He stood up and unexpectedly pulled you up with him by your arm, you gave a little squeak as your vision tilted upright. Your eyes watched as Levi moved away from you. Your eyes met a point where there was in complicated set of rocks leading over to a much bigger rock in the centre of the pond.

Levi jumped easily across them in a way that no human would ever be able to copy, leaving your mouth wide open. He turned back around to you once he reached the centre rock "to start we need to unlock the wolf side of you in your human form. I find that the agility test is the quickest and easiest way to do that. I will stay here until you reach me using the rocks, just like I did"

You could tell that he was being serious, it was an order "alright then, easy" you smirked.

"That's what you think brat, don't get too confident" he reacted to your smirk with one or his own.

With a short "HA" in defiance you ran for the first rock. You made the first and the second one but as soon as you jumped for the third you completely missed. Your foot hit water and you fell into the cold water with a splash. Your entire body fell in and it left your clothes and body soaked, you swam back to dry land knowing you would have to try again, he wouldn't let you off that easily.

You stripped off your excess clothing, which left you in a plain black T-shirt and trousers, dumping the jacket and an over top for warmth to the side. It surprisingly wasn't a cold day, especially surprising because of the altitude you were at.

You tried again after slightly analysing what you had to do to make it beforehand. But once again you jumped short of the third rock, once again falling into the water "your analysing things too much, you're a werewolf, yet your ignoring your instincts. Use them."

You nodded to him as you took a deep breath once again standing in front of the rocks, you ran for it desperately trying to abandon your humanity. This time you made it to the third rock, but you way over shot, and your foot slipped yet again. As you fell you managed to grab onto the rock stopping your plunge into the water, but forcing the air from your lungs at the same time.

A sharp pain shot through your side where you landed "that's going to leave a bruise" you mumbled.

But Levi was having none of it "start again" he simply rolled his eyes.

*Time Skip*

You had been at this all day, Levi wouldn't let you stop and you weren't allowed to eat lunch until you completed it, telling you that he had your lunch box and wouldn't give it too you until you got to him. You were becoming desperately hungry.

But at that moment you took a step forward it was like your senses came alive, it was like the snap of a rubber band and everything changed.

It was a spike of electricity that ran through your body, like you had been hit with lightning, but it wasn't painful. Instead it felt amazing. From that moment it was easy, copying Levi's steps exactly you elegantly jumped from rock to rock until arms enveloped themselves around your waist snapping you out of the 'electricity spike'.

"Well done brat. You said you wanted lunch, head back over there your lunch is in that bag on the rock" Levi said after steading you.

"What?" You frowned

"Your lunch is on the land over there well done" he said again.

"You mean this entire time I could have just eaten, not starved myself" you frowned again.

"I would have stopped you either way so no you wouldn't be able to eat lunch" he smirked.

"Now go and eat lunch before we work on your speed, it's about 5:00 in the afternoon. Unless you don't want food and just want get on with it" he quirked an eye brow.

You dropped it and skipped again easily across the rocks and went to get your lunch before Levi could take it away from you, Levi disappeared quickly but you weren't worried, you trusted that he would come back soon. While eating you jumped at the sounds of growling and fighting just in the bushes a little way away from you, you stood but didn't go over to it, you couldn't see what it was and a you weren't going to risk it.

A short while later and it quietened down. The forest was completely silent, but you didn't have to worry as Levi came through the bushes a dead rabbit in his sharp jaws. You sat back down not looking in his direction as you ate. Must be his version of lunch.

You heard small splashes and you realised that he had finished, so you could look up. That was quick, you thought. As you finished off your own food you watched Levi wash himself off in the water, the clear water around him slowly fading to red until the heavier blood sunk down once again leaving the crystal-clear water. He turned back to his human form and turned around making eye contact with you.

"I know I said we'd do speed next, but I think that we need to get your stamina first. To do that you're going to run through the forest on a 13-mile course, a half marathon" he explained to you.

"Ok? So, is there like a map, or markers to show me where to go?" You asked concerned.

You weren't bad with directions, it was just a long way to go to blindly run through a forest. "no, your pack frequently runs through this forest on this course, you have to use your senses and follow them"

"But it did rain not to long again won't their scent have washed away?" You frowned.

"I assure you it hasn't, while you were eating, I ran a little of the rout to be sure that the scent was still there. The rest is on you... NOW RUN!" He yelled the last two words.

You jumped into a fearful run, you set off at an extremely fast pace, your breath went short very quickly as you blindly ran into the forest. Levi told you that you should be able to smell where the pack usually ran. You could smell nothing. You were confused. You thought that you had unlocked your wolf senses when you did your agility test. But apparently not.

You stopped not wanting to get yourself any more lost than you already were. You didn't feel that electrifying feeling you had before, and now you were lost. Nerves started to build in your gut. You were alone and had no way to get back, you felt small in the giant forest as your head snapped around the area reacting to every noise.

"Oh shit".
