They had gotten to the food court where Mattia and Kairi set their stuff down on a random table. "What do you wanna get baby?" Mattia asked Kairi. "I want chicken nuggets and boba tea." He tells him. "Ok, bub. I'll get that for you." Mattia gets up.

Kairi grabs the hem of Mattia's shirt. "What." He asks. "I want to buy the boba, please." He says with puppy dog eyes. "Fine. I want mango by the way." Mattia tells the small boy. "Ok!" Kairi smiles. Mattia goes over to the McDonald's stand.

Kairi heads to get boba as he pulls out his wallet. He gets on line and waits. It's Kairi's turn and he walks up.

"Hello, What can I get for you today?" The cashier asks. "Can I have a mango boba and a strawberry boba, please?" Kairi asks the employee. "Sure, it'll be $6.50." Kairi hands him the money and sits down at a table to wait.

After a couple minutes Kairi is brought his drinks. "Thank you." He smiles. "You're welcome! Have a nice day." The boy smiles. Kairi nods, grabs the drinks, and goes to find a table outside.

Kairi sees Mattia looking for him so he waves to him. Mattia sees him and waves back. He heads over to him with the food.

(MATTIA'S POV)

             I see Kairi waving over to me so I wave back and head over to him. I sit down across from him and set the food.

"Mango boba!" Kairi sets the drink in front of me. I smile at him and grab his chicken nuggets out of the bag. "Chicken nuggets!" He grabs them hastily. His face brightens as he opens his chicken nuggets. He quickly eats a chicken nugget whole, hungry bitch.

I laugh at him as he looks at my with his face stuffed with food. "What?" He says with food in his mouth. "Eugh, nasty boy!" I laugh at him. He starts giggling to, but almost chokes on the chicken nuggets. I laugh harder.

He eats the chicken nuggets and proceeds to give my a dirty look. "Hmmm, what's that face for?" I lean my head to the side in confusion. "You looked like a dog when you did that!" He bursts out laughing. "Ugh, rude. So mean. You really hurt my feels Kai." I make a sad face. He laughs harder, he covers his mouth because he's so loud. "How dare you laugh at my sadness!" I cross my arms and turn my head. "No, no-hahaha, no." He tries to say.

I grab my drink and take a sip. "I'm sorry." He looks to me. "Meanie." I scoff. I drink more of my drink. The mango hits different.

He starts drinking his drink. "The strawberry is really good. Have you had it yet?" He asks. "Oh, yea it's the best. Greatest flavor." I do my eyebrows up and down suggestively. He blushes. "Nooooo," he hides his face. Cute.

"I'm just kidding." I say. He pouts.

"Let's go buy you hoodies I like." He offers. "Why do they have to be ones you like?" I ask. "So I can make sure I'll want to steal them." He says blatantly. "I just bought you a hoodie." I look at him in bewilderment. "I still like yours better." He sips his drink before throwing it away. "Alright," I say.

I throw our trash away.

"C'mon, where to next?" I ask him. He smiles. "Let's got to Vans! I heard they got new stuff." Kairi grabs my hand and starts dragging me to the store. It was so cute they he pulled me along.

He was right, Vans had new stuff. They had a nice discount today too.

They had some hella aesthetic button-ups and shirts today (𝘝𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘢𝘴𝘧 𝘣𝘶𝘵𝘵𝘰𝘯-𝘶𝘱𝘴 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦.) I looked over to see where Kai was going.

Ahah, cute! He had to go to the women's section cause he's so small, mainly for jeans though. The women's make jeans more 'fitting' for curves, he do be makin me act up. He thicc as fuuucckkk.

When he buys shirts, he has to buy the smallest size in men's. They fit but they're longer, so it looks like a mini dress on him. It's absolutely the cutest thing.

I decided I wanted a belt, shirt, and hoodie. I found a nice black belt, a shirt to go with jeans at home, and a nice hoodie that Kai would wanna steal. Honestly he'll probably steal the shirt too. I don't mind though.

It sucks that we got school tomorrow. Means I won't be able to see him a lot until after school. School sucks anyways, like what's the point. It doesn't really teach you anything that important. Even you do what to learn important things, you have to wait till college. It doesn't even educate you about everything important, just what you chose. Also, fuck school debt, it sounds shit.

I may be a smart ass bitch with good grades, but boy do I hate going.

"You look really mad, what's up?" I suddenly hear Kairi say. "Just thinking about how the school system is rigged." I look down at him. "I respect that." He nods in agreement.

"Do what'd you find?" I notice him carrying stuff. "Just a pair of jeans and a couple shirts." Kairi's looks at what I have. "You got the aesthetic stuff!" He smiles knowing he'll probably take them.

I ruffle his hair. "You're just gonna take everything, huh?" I quirk an eyebrow. "Yep, that's the plan." Kairi says confidently. I laugh.

"Alright then, lets checkout." I say. "Oh yes! Can't wait to take everything you bought!" Kairi gleams.

We checked out.

"You want me take take you home now bub?" I offer. "I think that'd be ok." He smiles. "Let's go then." I grab his hand as we walk out with our stuff.

I drive him home.

"You know, I really enjoyed today." Kairi looks at me. "Me too." I look at him fondly.

I hold the side of his face with my hand. "I love you so much." I lean in a little. "I love you too." He leans in as well.

Our lips connect in a sweet kiss. I pull back slowly and we stare into each others eye. "I'll see you tomorrow at school, alright." I slowly lean away more. "Yea. See you tomorrow." He smiles one last smiles and gets out.

When he gets to his door he waves bye to me, I wave back. He goes inside. I back out of his driveway and head home.
