I couldn' t help my curiousity. My head quickly raised, one rule broken and- I literally couldn't hold my mouth closed either.
„Mother?!" I said with raised voice. The woman before me also looked up and as soon our eyes met, mine and her eyes got filled with tears.
But when I noticed that Mr. Kim and Jimin were looking directly at me I swung my head down as fast as I could
„No dear, I can make an exception for you" Mr. Kim suddenly said. I looked up again, my mother was crying but with a smile on her face.
Taking a step forwards, I wanted to get to her but Jimin quickly grabbed my arm to stop me- „You can't just walk over the border"
„I won't raise a war if he is the one walking over before we sign some papers Mr. Park" The old man suddenly said.
Out of shock, Jimin's grip on me loosened, I knew how strict it has been with this border.
I got confused too as I stood right before the invisible line that separated our packs that only could be detected by scent.
„I-I thought you hated me. Why are you letting me walk over just like that?" I asked. Mr. Kim was suddenly wearing a smile on his face.
„I never hated you, I wanted to take you with us but, I knew it was something special with you, that you needed to stay" He paused and looked over at Jimin.
„-And I guess I was right" Then, he looked back at me, nodding and giving me a signal that I can go to her.
I didn't hesitate, my feet flew and soon I was in my mother's arms, feeling the warmth after so long.
„You have grown so much..." She whispered into my ear. The tears I was trying to hold in were just dripping down.

„H-How have you been?" I was trying to keep my cool but this was so overwhelming—„I'm so sorry, I..."
She sat me down on the ground and she sat before me, wiping my tears.
„I have been well, and I hope everything has been going well for you too" She said as she stroked the back of her hand on my cheek.
I turned to Jimin and he had an expression I didn't recognize, he looked happy concerned, relieved, I don't even know. I smiled and shook my head.
„It has been a rollercoaster but I have been managing it pretty good" I said.
She smiled for a second before she looked at her mate, probably using the mind link. She got her answer as she looked past me.
„Jimin, come, if I can feel him shaking then you probably feel something too" My mother explained.
Jimin immediately took careful steps and looked at Mr. Kim, in case he might change his mind.
