'Come on in.' Tsukishima says, opening the door that leads to his room.

I try to take a deep breath without getting noticed before I dare enter the unknown territory. Not prepared for whatever may be in there, I step inside.

The first thing that hits me is freezing cold air. Right across the door is a window, wide open, lighting up the room as well as bringing down the temperature.

'Ah, I forgot to close it. Sorry.' Tsukishima says as he walks past me. After closing it, he turns on the heater.

For such a small house, his room is quite a nice size. It's big enough to fit a bed, a couch, and a desk, while leaving room for w closet.

Some things immediately catch my eye, such as the color scheme. Most things are some shade of green. His walls have the green of cacti, while his bed sheets are lime colored. His desk and his closet are white, but the accessoires on both of them are green too. The pen case, the mouse pad, the mug... The couch is a shade of green that resembles pear.

Another thing that is hard to miss, and might also be the core for his love of green, is the common appearance of dinosaurs. A small, cute plushie on his bed. A pillow on his couch. A few posters on his wall, one on his closet door. Some small statues on his desk. In every direction you look, there's at least one dinosaur.

The first thought that comes to mind is 'adorable'. That feeling gets boosted when I look at the man the room belongs to, just to find him with a face showing different shades of red. A strong urge to tease him, to touch him overwhelms me, but I manage to surpress it.

'Take a seat.' he says, pointing in the general direction of both his couch and his bed. While I really, really want to sit on his bed, I decide to play it safe and sit on the couch anyways, claiming the middle part as mine.

Tsukishima now looks not only ashamed, but also complicated by something. I smile at him, inviting him to join me. And exactly as planned, he sits right next to me, on one of the small spots I left him.

'Could you move a little?' he said, 'I'm practically sitting on you like this.' Still with a frown on his face, he looks directly at me for the first time since we entered the room. His face still shows some hints of red. I wish I could feel how warm it is...

'I don't want to crush Mr. Dinosaur, though!' I answer, softly patting the pillow. It's a childish excuse, but it seems to be working, as Tsukishima huffs to admit his loss.

While Tsukishima starts grading my test, I start to regret my choice. Though it was worth it for a while, sitting this close to him actually starts to take its toll. I can feel my body temperature raising along with my heartbeat, as I try to breathe in a calm manner.

Now that the window has been closed for a while, this room is slowly, but overwhelmingly, starting to give off its scent. A sweet, relaxing scent that I would swim in if I could, that I want to breathe in forever.

I glance sideways. He's right next to me. If I lean in just a little bit, we would be touching even more. It's an exciting thought that scares me. I wonder how it would feel to rest my head on his shoulder?

You know what they say. Curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back. This right here could be daydream material for weeks. I don't know when it started, but I really have accepted my feelings, huh... With a smile and a sigh, I relax all of my muscles, falling onto the big, soft man next to me.

He jumps a little. 'Are you okay?' he says, obviously startled. I can feel his worried gaze on me.

I look up at him and smile. 'I'm just a little tired. Sorry.' I answer. He still looks worried, but doesn't reply. Instead, he puts his arm around my shoulders, pulling me a little closer. This unexpected move sets my heart aflame, the skin he touches on fire, and makes my mind unclear. I nuzzle my head against his shoulder and close my eyes. Truly an angel...
