Tora x Poppy Lemon

Dinner

"Do you need help with that?" Asked Tora

"No I got" Poppy replied

He stood over the counter as she reached into the cupboard.

"What are we even having?" Asked Tora looking at her intensely

"Um... Spaghetti"

"What's Spaghetti?"

"You'll see" was all Poppy replied.

Slowly but surely she dipped the spoon in the pot to stir the sauce. She could feel his gaze on her.

'Damn he's making me so bothered' she thought to herself.

A quick blush spread across her cheeks.

She turned to him and smiled.

"Done" she said.

They ate quietly, Tore just kept looking at her. She felt her face redden everytime.

"What would you like to talk about?" She finally asked him

"Your cooking" he replied

She looked up at him

"I'm sorry, is it not good?" She asked

"It's just fine" he replied

"O...kay" she said

He stared into her eyes. He saw the blush spread across her face.

"Is me looking at you bothering you?"

"Um... Not exactly.... Your gaze is just.... A bit... Intense"

"I hope you don't mind it too much
" he simply stated "You're just beautiful"

"Well... Thank you..." She let out

She looked down at herself. She was wearing a simple tank top and pants with her hair up in a bun. Not really the definition of beautiful.

"You don't believe me" he asked leaning closer to her.

She gasped out as he reached his hand to hers and picked it up.

"You are beautiful" he said "your cute little hands and your hamster cheeks"

He reached up and lightly pinched one.

'Is he trying to get a rise out of me' she thought to herself.

He looked at her face and inched closer. His breath gracing her shoulder. She let out a quiet shiver and back to sitting in his place.

He undid his top button to get some air to his body.

'Calm down' he said to himself

She got up and wandered to the kitchen. She needed to get away from him. She picked up the pot

"Why did you get up?" He asked her now inches behind her

She jumped he was deadly quiet.

The sauce fell across her outift and the floor.

"Damn" she said beginning to pick it up

He leaned down

"I didn't mean to startle you" he said

He began to pick it up with her.

"Thank you" she replied

"Go take a shower" he simply stated "You're less attractive covered in sauce"

She looked at him

"Go" he said "I got this"

"Thank you" she said standing up "you're a gentleman"

"No Im not" he stated before turning back to the mess in front of him

She said nothing back and turned on the shower head and grabbed some clothes.
