Here is the information for how I play Shoto in my story.
Along with Izuku, Shoto did attend all years of UA. However he decided to work at a more simple and safe job. He knew he wanted to be with Izuku the rest of his life and he wanted a job where he could have a better feeling of being safe. Once he saw that Izuku decided not to be a pro hero it made him feel a lot better about his decision. He currently works at office where he takes people's cases and helps them. He's sort of like a lawyer but not quite there. However he is still content with his job. It's mentioned a few times that he deals with people's cases in the begginning, but it takes a much bigger part later on in the story.
