Akhil's Point of View
"Get up, Sushvi... Please don't leave me again," I implored, my voice trembling as I shook her gently. The tears that I thought had dried flowed uncontrollably. How had I found her only to lose her again? The weight of my guilt was unbearable.
Leela, her eyes filled with a mixture of concern and sorrow, clasped Sushvi's hand and closed her eyes in silent prayer. "What happened, Leela? Why are you silent? Speak, please!" I demanded, my desperation intensifying.
"She is merified," Leela's words cut through the air like a knife. The world seemed to stop. My brother, Akash, fell to his knees beside me. "No, please no..." I cried out, my voice breaking.
Harshi's eyes darted around in panic. "What do you mean by merified? What's happening to my best friend? Why isn't she waking up?!" Her anger and fear were palpable.
"She has Arnav's blood in her. If his blood fully enters her system, she'll be bound to him and become a pawn in his vile plans. She'll either accept her fate and serve him or fight and die," Leela explained, her voice filled with urgency.
"How much time is left?" Harshi's concern was evident, her eyes never leaving Sushvi.
"Almost none. She should have woken up by now. But... she's still unresponsive," Leela said, her tone heavy with worry.
"She's fighting," I asserted with a fierce determination. I knew Sushvi was resilient. She wouldn't give up without a fight.
"Oh, what a dramatic scene," Arnav's voice sliced through the tension, dripping with mockery. His mocking applause filled the room. "Someone believes they can save her, which is a futile dream... because..." he dragged out the final word with a malevolent grin.
"Because??" I demanded, my voice laced with defiance.
"Until my blood fully integrates with her system, she will either accept it and become mine or fight and perish. There is no alternative," Arnav declared with a sinister smile.
"No, she can't die. I won't let that happen, not in your wildest dreams," I spat back, my anger fueling my resolve.
"Come on, Akhil. There are only two options: accept or die," Arnav taunted, launching a brutal attack. I was thrown to the ground with a deafening crash.
Leela's Point of View
Akhil collapsed, and before I could intervene, Sana Patrick launched an attack on me. Akash, with a fierce look of determination, threw her aside. "Go help Sushvi, love. I'll handle this," he growled.
Akhil and Arnav engaged in a ferocious battle. Akhil, weakened by the Magna stone, struggled against Arnav's relentless assault. It was evident that Akhil, in his current state, was no match for the vampire lord.
"How can I help you, Sushvi?" I asked, leaning over her and pressing my lips to her forehead. She had become like a sister to me. The thought of losing her was unbearable. But how could I protect her?
"I can help her, Leela," Harshi said from behind, her voice resolute. "I can remove his blood from her system, but it requires significant magical intervention. I need you to find the dagger," she instructed urgently.
"What dagger?" I asked, bewildered.
"My ancestors created a dagger designed to kill the devil, a force of pure destruction named Arnav. The dagger was stolen by a wicked witch who handed it over to Arnav. You need to find it. Time is of the essence," Harshi explained, her tone urgent.
"But how can I find it? I have no idea what it looks like," I said, frustration seeping into my voice.
"My grandmother mentioned that the dagger is always carried by a woman of the bloodline. It belongs to an angel of immortality and beauty. That's all I can tell you for now. Remember, whoever wields that dagger gains immense power," Harshi added, her hands working meticulously to purge Sushvi's blood of Arnav's influence.
