Cassie's POV
Soon, Carlee was back with all her bags and I was stuck with helping her find closet space for them.
"Cassie!" She shouted from the front lawn "A little help here?"
Naturally I was a very helpful person, but Carlee was very unpredictable. With a sigh of boredom, I dragged myself downstairs and out the front door.
When I finally finished with her, Mitch banged through the door accompanied by Jerome.
"Hey girls! What's up?" Jerome said cooly.
"Hey." I said a little too concerned.
"Oh, him?" He signaled to Mitch who hadn't spoken yet. "He's fine" and with a swift motion, both guys were upstairs.
Ignoring them, Carlee and I immediately engrossed into our own conversation.
Carlee and I were very different. Very, very, very different. For example, she liked pink, I liked black, she loved flirting, where I just tripped on my face, she has a crush on Jerome and I don't, I have a crush on Mitch and she doesn't.
I had to figure out what was wrong with him.
