2 week time skip
i quietly opened my bedroom door, before slipping outside, careful to try and not make too much noise.
it's pretty early in the morning, and i'm headed to another fighting session with jungkook.
i walk down the hallway in my gym clothes, 2 water bottles in hand since i know jungkook never brings one of his own, so i might as well.
"you should feel lucky." i heard a voice call from behind me.
i turned around. at the very end of the hallway stood a figure. his face was unidentifiable due to the dim lighting.
"i'm sorry?" i responded.the figure began walking closer towards me. the closer he came, the clearer his features were.
"i can't remember the last time jungkook willingly trained his mafia members himself. he usually gets one of his upperhand guys to do it for him." he spoke.
the guy now stood in front of me. we were around the same height, his being only slightly taller than mine. he wore a loose white shirt on black sweatpants. he looks like he just rolled out of bed. dark, black hair covered his head. he just looked overall intimidating."i'm yoongi, by the way." he extended his hand towards me. a sincere smile coated his lips, slightly ruining the intimidating image he gave off.
i gave him a slight smile as i shook his hand. "y/n."
"yeah, i know. you're pretty well known around here."
i nodded, not knowing what to say.
"where are you off to?" yoongi stood you straighter, tucking his hands into his pockets.
"i have practice right now.""ah, okay. off you go then, i wouldn't want to keep you or jungkook waiting. i'll catch you around." yoongi waved at me, before turning around and heading further down the hallway, before disappearing out of my sight completely.
well, he seems rather interesting.
i turned around as well and began walking to the fighting room me and jungkook have been training in almost everyday now. when i arrived, jungkook was already waiting for me. his gloves were already on, and he was resting on the chair that stood in the corner of the room.he stood up once he noticed my presence. "took you long enough."
"what can i say, i'm a busy woman." i slyly said, as i grabbed a set of gloves off a nearby table and tightly put them on.
we both walked towards the center of the room, ready to start fighting.
"whenever you're ready-"
i smirked. this isn't a time for conversation.
before jungkook can finish his sentence, i already delivered a punch to his abdomen, learning from my first lesson. he almost dodged it, but still took a pretty good hit.i wasted no time. i quickly pushed his arm that was blocking my punch aside, and gave him a clean yet not too painful uppercut. jungkook's hand quickly grabbed onto his jaw. with only a slight kick of my leg, jungkook stumbled backwards, before falling, still holding onto his jaw.
"i don't remember ever teaching you how to do uppercuts." he groaned.
"i have a lot of free time to practice on my own." i hovered above jungkook.instead of pulling me towards him like my first session, jungkook quickly jumped up to his feet, slightly massaging his jaw.
jungkook gave me a tiny smirk. i was tightening my gloves, before his arms swung forward. he grabbed both my wrists in only one of his hands, and pushed them out of my reach. i was practically powerless without my arms to attack.
i tried to swing my legs forward to knock jungkook's, but he was too quick, and moved away in the last second.jungkook spun my entire figure around, and bent my arms crossed on my back. my back firmly hit his chest.
"fuck you." i mumbled. pain traveled up and down my arms more by the second.
"never forget where you came from." he whispered into my ear, sending a weakening feeling to my knees.
"we get it, you're stronger. can i please have my arms back?"
jungkook chuckled, before he let go of my arms. i stretched them out to relieve some of the tension.he raised a cocky eyebrow at me, before taking a couple dangerous steps back.
"let's try this again, shall we?"
