"Princess Nagisa, you need to wake up. Your mother wants to see you as soon as you are dressed," Hinano was saying.

"Mmm," Magisa rubbed her eyes and sat up.

"You need to get ready!"

Nagisa got up and with the help of Hinano got ready for the day. When they were finished, Nagisa was wearing a simple pink dress that went to the floor. White strings crisscrossed across the front of her dress, holding the top layer of fabric together. Nagisa's hair was down because it was a relaxing day and they were in a rush to get to her mother. Hinano was following Nagisa as she hurried towards the throne room. She pushed open the doors and found that in the throne room there were no signs of the previous night's party. The room was empty aside from three thrones in the front of the room. Her mother sat in the middle throne and looked at Nagisa as she entered.

Karma had woken up early and was sitting in a windowsill seat when he heard two pairs of feet rushing through the hallway. He peaked into the hallway and saw Nagisa with her maid, hurrying somewhere. He was curious, so he followed the girls to the destination. He watched as Nagisa opened the door to the throne room and stepped inside. Once the door shut, he listened from behind the door.

"H-hello Mother," he heard Nagisa stutter cutely.

"How many times have I told you not to stutter. You will make an embarrassment out of me if you continue doing that."

"Yes, Mother," the girl replied louder.

"See, that's already better."

Karma felt someone tap him on the shoulder. He turned and saw a blonde woman standing behind him. She was frowning.

"What are you doing out here, Prince Karma?" she asked coldly.

"U-um," he had no clue who this woman was.

"I am Irina Jelavic. I am a spy for this kingdom. I know everything about everyone in this palace, and that includes what's going on in that throne room right now."

"What's happening?" Karma asked.

The woman shook her head and pointed towards the door, telling him to listen. He began listening to the conversation again.

"Do you remember what I told you yesterday, or did you suddenly forget?!" the queen was yelling.

"No Mother."

"Then why did you leave the party?"

"Because I felt like it."

"YOU SELFISH BRAT! DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR SELFISHNESS DOES TO MY REPUTATION! YOU ARE RUINING EVERYTHING! ALL I WANTED WAS FOR YOU TO GET MARRIED SO OUR COUNTRY CAN HAVE MORE POWER! YOU ARE SO SELFISH THAT YOU WOULD PUT YOURSELF BEFORE OUR COUNTRY!" the queen yelled.

"No, that's not it mom. I just got embarrassed," Nagisa replied quietly.

"DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT I CARE? DO YOU KNOW HOW EMBARRASSED I AM RIGHT NOW, AND YOU DON'T SEE ME LEAVING THE ROOM!"

"Mom, please stop."

"HOW DARE YOU!"

There was a loud sound and then silence. He heard heavy breathing and rustling from the other side of the door. He heard the queen whispering something to Nagisa. He heard Nagisa cry out. More noises followed. Irina pulled him away before he could hear anymore.

"What was that?" he asked the woman.

"One of the queen's fits. It seems like Nagisa disobeyed her orders. On;y a few of the staff know about this, but we cannot do anything. Please do not share this with other people. The only people that know about this are the royal scientist's son, the doctor, Princess Rio, and Princess Kaede. I saw you hanging out with Nagisa yesterday, so I changed my mind from reprimanding you earlier. Nagisa is a kind girl, we all care for her in our own ways, but the only thing we can't do for her is get her out of this mess. Hopefully, you can make her happier. I have to go inside now, hide outside the doors while I go get Nagisa," the woman ordered before walking into the throne room.
