I will not be updating like normal tomorrow because something has come up (It is nothing bad, so don't worry about it). I figured that since I am not updating like normal tomorrow, that I would just talk about the story and where I want it to go. I am trying to stay within the time period I picture this story in. There are things that, in this time period, would be considered unacceptable, especially among nobles and royal families. There are many examples of this. The main one is that if a woman from a noble family (or even a common family) got pregnant before they got married, then they risk the possibility of getting disowned or worse. I want the clarify that before they get married, Karma and Nagisa do not have sex because of the repercussions. I am also kind of self-conscious about this, but I just wanted to clarify because some scenes may feel like they imply sex, so I just wanted to say that.

Another thing is that it may seem a little rush. Once again, it is part of the time period. Once a woman reaches a certain age, they start considering people for marriage. In Nagisa's case, she had been avoiding getting married because she did not want to, but it was inevitable. If she had not met Karma at the party, she would have ended up with Asano because it was what her mother wished for. I feel like I put a little too much time in between the party and the wedding, usually, they would happen closer together, but I felt like the time that I put between them was more understandable to a reader.

Lastly, I want to talk about myself and how I perceive the story. I personally, am proud of this story, like any author would be. This is my first time showing anyone an original story made by me. I am still trying to get used to this whole having an audience thing. It is kind of scary, to be honest. I am in no means a writer. I have trouble writing stories of my own. I am much better at retelling stories that I have heard. I guess I just want to say that I am very proud of this story and I am enjoying sharing it with others. It is a great feeling knowing that people are reading my story and are enjoying it. One of my greatest fears for this story is making a mistake. I hate making mistakes when it comes to writing, grammar wise. Hopefully, if I made any mistakes, they do not take away from the enjoyment of the story. If you have any questions about the story, or there are other things that I need to clarify, then please do not hesitate to ask.

Once again, thank you for reading. I hope you are enjoying this story as much as I am. Remember to stay safe, and indoors as much as possible. I hope you all have a nice day!
