On the sixth day, they were supposed to go shopping from clothes for the ball. Today, Nagisa wanted Karma to help her find a dress, so he was accompanying her to the tailor.

Inside the store was will with all sorts of dresses and fabric. Karma followed Nagisa through the store, to the area where all of the fancy dresses were. Nagisa walked around, trying to decide on one. Karma also looked around, and he found on the caught his eye. It had a variety of greens and blues, and the skirt looked like a cascading waterfall. The skirt was large, so it had an even more flowing appearance. The bodice was a simple blue and tied around the neck. At a closer look, there were diamonds sewed into the skirt of it, making it sparkle when the person wearing it moved. Nagisa walked over to him.

"Did you find-" her eyes widened at the dress he was looking at.

"Do you like it?"
"Yes. It's beautiful, Karma." she hugged him then looked up at him.

"Haha, no need to thank me. It just caught my eye."

"Than I won't thank you, but I am sure you would have loved my thank you gift," she grinned at him.

"Then I accept your thanks," Karma replied and the girl hugging him smiled before kissing him.

They laughed before buying the dress and leaving the store for it to be delivered to the palace so they could tailor it there.

Once they returned to the palace, Karma took Nagisa to the garden. He offered her his arm and she gently set her arm in his. They walked through the garden, making small talk and admiring the flowers. The sounds of fountains and birds echoed through the garden and the two looked like the perfect couple. Nagisa stopped and looked at Karma.

"Can you believe that this will all be over tomorrow and we don't have to act like this anymore?" she asked.

"I know. The ball will be exciting. Who is invited to it?" Karma asked.

"Everyone. It is an important announcement, so my mom wants all of the people to be here when she announces that I will marry 'Prince Asano'."

"Well, you don't have to marry that prince it feels like you've already forgotten about me. Do you really truly love me or are you going to run off with that Asano guy?" he teased.

"Haha. You wish. You aren't getting rid of me that easily. You are stuck with me forever," she said before kissing him.

Karma returned the kiss and they stood there for a while, Nagisa with Karma's arms wrapped around her waist, staring into each other's eyes. It was then that they heard someone walking towards them. Well, two someones to be exact. It was Kaede and Rio. They were both smiling as they approached the couple.

"When did this happen, you guys?" Kaede asked.

"Hm? Oh, we didn't tell you? Guess we forgot," Karma replied.

"You're such a devil, Karma. You sure you really want this one, Nagisa?" Rio asked.

"I'm sure," Nagisa smiled.

"But really, when did this happen?" Rio questioned.

"The second day in the garden," Nagisa replied.

"Wow, you guys really moved quickly. Well, I guess that's Karma for you. You can never have a normal relationship with him."

"You guys can't tell anyone, all right. And that includes Irina, she probably already knows, but if she doesn't you guys can't say anything," Nagisa said, seriously.

"We understand. So, what have you guys done?" Rio asked mischievously

"That's none of your business," Karma answered before Nagisa could.

"No fair," Rio huffed before dragging Kaede back to he palace.

Karma and Nagisa laughed before Karma let Nagisa go and took her arm once more. They spent some more time wandering through the garden before going back to the palace.

A/N: Well, here's another chapter. Hopefully, everyone is enjoying it so far. If the chapters seem a little short, it is because I am ending them where it makes the most sense. Remember, stay safe everyone. Have a nice day!
