You took me where cosmos bloom with the euphoric spell of a lovesome kiss. Your arms held me like a dreamier moment, that you wished to engrave in your heart and your skin.

We spoke of how the sun is never crescent—and how the moon, is not always full. We spoke of how you are mine, completely. And my soul—my body, belong only to you.

Veronica Lodge and Jughead Jones are no more human than themselves.

They were scared not because they could not understand what it felt to hurt so deeply, to bleed so freely, but because darkness lived in them where they felt nothing but pain. Pain for screaming, crying, sobbing. For finding their knees weak, breakable, their spirits broken, their worlds shattering before their eyes. Pain for falling, shattering, letting themselves be weak, vulnerable, human. They were not. Openly, they let these things seep through their words, their actions, carrying it on their back when there was no where else to put it, never daring to put up a front of invulnerability. Demons could be fragile, too.

And just as they could be fragile, they were dangerous.

Unconsciously they let each other get close enough to hush their own unrecognizable sobs, plucking the pain, darkness, blood from their weak hands, wipe the dirt from their cheeks. Still dirty. It wasn't a fall from grace, not exactly, but a taste, a glimpse of how fragile ones world really was when angels lost their grip. Just as they could play nice, offer kindness, they could leave nothing but ash in their wake.

Little fires everywhere.

Humans had a funny way of wanting to protect themselves, their psyche, even at their most destructive. Funny, and odd. They possessed these same traits. Weakened by what they'd done, exhausted, there is not another threat of this for a long time. But when it comes, because it always does, they'll scorch the new earth, this new life, without hesitation.

Because sometimes it's good wanting a little bad...

It was you; it was me; it was the silence underneath the stars that understood my heartbeat and its racing. You told me nothing. I believed everything. In that moment I found life. In that moment I found you.

I was made for loving you, even though we maybe hopeless hearts just passing through. Every bone screaming I don't know what we should do. All I know is, darling, I was made for loving you.
