Waking up I looked over at my clock seeing that it's 9 am I jumped up picking up my phone calling Mateos mom

"Hola" she answered

"Hey Ms. Ruiz it's Camila" i said sitting up

"Hey Miguel! mami on the phone" she called out and I heard movement

"Mommy ! Mommy!!" he called out i smiled

"Hey my baby how are you doing" i got up walking out of my room

"I miss you i want to go home now" he said lowly i frowned

"i'm coming today baby" i bit my bottom lip walking pass the kitchen hearing something move in the kitchen

i stop in my tracks "i'm going to call you back papi i love you okay?"

"i love you too mommy" he said i smile
but i heard the noise again and i hang up

grabbing the bat by Miguel's room i walk towards the kitchen slowly

my mouth drop open I swing the bat noticing that i didn't hit anything

I was pushed towards the wall making me drop the bat

"that wasn't so nice now was?" his accent rushed out i shook my head

"Ace how ho-" he cut me off by putting his hand around my neck

he shushed me tightening his grip I closed my eyes

"I'm not going to hurt you" he said lowly backing away

I opened my eyes as he grabbed my wrist pulling my into the the living room

I gasp once he bent me over the arm chair standing behind me

"what's stopping me from fucking you senseless Camila?" he asked slowly making my insides tingle

"I-I have somewhere to be" pull it together Camila! he let me go as i stand up

I walked away from him as fast as i could going into the bathroom doing my morning routine peeking out of the bathroom to see if he was still here

He was sitting in the couch on his phone
Why am I letting a stranger into my house
How the fuck did he even get in
WHY is he here!?

"Ace" I said lowly walking out of the bathroom

he looked up at me with one eyebrow raised

"how did you get in?" he opened his mouth to say something but I cut him off
"Why are you here?" he closed his mouth and clenched his jaw getting up

I swallowed my spit as he stood

"I have my ways and you have some information I would like to know about" he said slowly I looked away from him

"I don't know anything" I said walking to my room making sure Miguel's room is closed once I heard foot steps following behind me

"oh but you do" Ace followed me into my room pushing me on the bed I look up at him as my heart starts speeding up

getting off the bed he watched my every move
"can you go just leave I honestly have nothing for you" he looked at me with dark eyes

"it would be a shame if I decide to bring up your son now wouldn't it" my heart stopped but I tried to not show any fear turning to face him

"wouldn't that just be a bitch move" I spat at him he smirked

"it would be" he said walking over to me
"that's why I know better not to" I looked at him "If you tell me what I need" he said putting his hand behind my neck jerking me closer to him

"what do you want to know" I asked lowly looking at him through my eyelashes

"Information on Antonio" he said licking his lips

"I honestly don't know Antonio" I lied

he looked at me moving his face closer to mine

"lie again I dare you" I tried to jerk my head back he smiled letting me go

"I have to go" I said grabbing sweatpants and a long shelve shirt out "I mean YOU have to go" I said fixing my words

he shook his head heading out of my bedroom

"You're a smart girl Camila don't play dumb" he said closing my room door

I changed my clothes pulling my hair into a curly ponytail at the top of my head putting on converses

grabbed my phone walking out and my keys I look around to see if Ace is still in my apartment opening the door I locked it heading out to go pick up Miguel

     I pull up to Ms. Ruiz house to pick up Miguel I get out of my car going to the door knocking a good 4 times and the door opens slowly I see Miguel smiling at me I pick him up kissing all over his face

"Hi papi! are you ready to go?" I asked him and he nodded as I head into the house looking around to see Ant on the couch with bruises on his face I put Miguel down and shake Ant he pops his eyes open

"A-Ant you-" fucking spit it out Camila

"It doesn't matter I want you to stay away from Ace okay?" I nod looking at Miguel who is looking at us confused

"Mommy can we get ice cream" I shook my head to his question

"No baby it's too early maybe later" he pouts and I smile at him but I stop smiling and look at Ant who's just looking at me

"he did this to you?" I asked lowly

Ant clenched his jaw nodding his head I nod kissing Ant forehead

"be safe" I told him getting up grabbing Miguel hand to go get his sleeping bag

"did you eat baby?" I asked looking down at him as we head out

"Ya Grandma fed me" he said jumping down the stairs

"be careful i'm not taking you to the hospital if you break a leg" he starts laughing holding his hand out I sigh as we walk to the car

Why did Ace do that to Ant and why exactly did Ant get mad at Ace last night
