The Sleepover

{sorry for the short chapter I didn't really feel like writing but I did anyways}

When the girls were satisfied with how they set everything up in the room then went back down for lunch. Lunch was mac and cheese, which was Peyton's favorite.

"This is amazing." She praised.

"It's homemade. From a Rhodes family recipe." Mina explained to her.

"It's seriously so amazing. You should make this more often for me." Peyton grinned, taking another fork full.

Mina laughed at her, glancing at her uncle who could tell something was going on between the two girls.

Once they all finished eating Peyton yawned. "I'm so tired." She looked at the time, "Wow, it's only 4:30."

"Seriously?" Mina hadn't believed her at first, but then looked at the clock for herself. "Oh wow. Want to go up to the room and make sure we set everything up?" Peyton nodded so Mina stood up and picked up the plates, bringing them to the kitchen.

When Mina was out of the room Aaron leaned in to speak to Peyton. "She's never looked at someone the way that she looks at you. She really likes you, like really really likes you. You should really hold onto her, Peyton."

Peyton looked into the kitchen and smiled to herself. "I know. I love the way she looks at me and makes me feel special. She makes me feel different and I like that so much." She quickly looked away when Mina came back over.

"Ready?" Peyton stood up and took the brunette girls hand, intertwining their fingers. They walked up the long staircase then entered the room they were sharing.

"I'm going to change into my pajamas. This'll be the first time in a long time that I've worn them." Peyton let go on Mina's hand then riffled through her duffle bag to find her clothes. "Do you want me to go into the other room or do you mind if I change in here?" She said once she found the clothes she wanted.

"You can change in here, I don't mind." Mina shrugged. "Do you want me to turn around?"

"If you want to." Peyton didn't hesitate and started quickly changing into her pajamas. After she finished, which took less than a minute, she turned around and saw Mina laying on the bed. So, Peyton being Peyton, she flung herself onto the bed next to her.

"Hi, cutie." Mina said to Peyton, who started violently blushing. "Aww someone's blushing." She smirked slightly and poked her cheeks.

"I'm not blushing. I don't blush." Peyton informed her and covered her face with the sleeves of her shirt.

"No, let's not cover that cute face." Mina tried to move her hands, but Peyton refused.

"Okay, but for real I'm so tired. How about you?" Peyton finally removed her hands from her face.

"I'm basically dead tired. I didn't realize how tired I was." She yawned.

Both of them surrounded themselves with the down comforter that was on the bed. Mina wrapped her arms around Peyton's waist once they were settled.

"Good night, cutie." Peyton said to Mina. She turned to face Mina then before she realized what she was doing their lips connected in a quick kiss. The kiss broke apart as quickly as it had started. Both, Mina and Peyton, smiled to themselves then fell asleep with the warmth of the other surrounding her.
