It seems like you don't know him well.. He could be married or he has someone else. Whatever it is that kept him from pursuing you, is no longer important because he is not important at all. You see, a man like him who doesn't have the balls to tell the girl personally that it's over and would just disappear whenever he wishes is not worth a single minute. You're doing the right thing when you finally choose yourself and let him go. It's useless to keep on running after someone who never wanted you in the first place. You've given him chances and those were more than enough already. If ever he will return, don't entertain him. Go on with the choice you've made and live your life forward. True love, when it finds you worthy will eventually bring you the right one.
