"I'm sorry!" Talia said as Becky just kept glaring coldly at her. "No, but seriously, I really am!"

Is it just me or does Talia actually feel unnerved by Becky's glare? Teddy thought. But I can't say I blame her. If looks could kill, Becky would have killed Talia quite a while ago. Hastily, Teddy typed into her AAC App in an attempt to clear the tense atmosphere. "My friend Leah likes drinking tea as well, so she knows how to clean tea stains out of clothing."

It seemed to work, as Becky turned away from Talia to face Teddy, her expression softening. "Thank you, but I really don't have enough time to get my clothes clean. Nor do I have a change of clothes to wear as I'm waiting for the stains to come off..."

"But Becky, don't we have to change into the cheer uniforms for practice today anyways?" Isa asked. "Maybe you could change into your cheer uniform in the bathroom! Don't worry, I can save your seat for you while you change."

"I-I don't think I should," Becky said, shaking her head. "The cheer uniform isn't very modest, after all..."

"Oh, right..." Isa said, dismayed.

Do we even have a dress code here? Teddy thought to herself. Penelope usually has a pair of sunglasses on her head and today was no exception. She was also wearing a strapless shirt today. Granted, she was wearing a jacket on top of it, but it was unzipped last I saw her.

"Trust me, the teachers won't care," Gale interjected. "I once asked the principal about why that upperclassman Ben was allowed to wear his cap, and he just replied that our only dress code rule is to not be nude, in your underwear, or in a bikini."

"Oh, I know that," Becky said nervously, "after all, I've seen Priscilla's outfits, so I know that pretty much anything goes here. I just don't want to call too much attention to myself."

"Well, if there is no dress code, you shouldn't stand out too much," Sawyer reassured.

Becky sighed. "Alright, I'll change into the cheer outfit." She turned to glare at Talia once more. "You better not laugh."

Talia put her hands up defensively. "What? Why would you think I'd laugh?"

Before Becky could glare at Talia even more, Teddy quickly sent a text to Leah, explaining the whole situation and asking her to come over to the table. From across the room, she saw Leah stand up after looking at her phone. After what seemed to be a farewell to Penelope, the green eyed girl looked around the room, before finally spotting Teddy and coming her way.

"Hi, I'm here to help! I'm Leah!" Leah said, cheerfully inserting herself between Becky and Talia, much to Teddy's relief. At this point, Lola groaned and muttered something about not being paid enough for this before leaving the table. At first, Leah made an offended pout at that, before turning her attention back to Becky and telling her, "Alright, go grab your cheerleading outfit and get to a stall! Then you can hand me your old clothes once you're done and I'll return them to you tomorrow!" The green eyed junior practically dragged Becky over to the hallway where the lockers were.

Out of the corner of her eye, Teddy saw Talia visibly relax as Becky left the room. She decided not to comment on it, as she didn't want to be rude or anything, but Gale seemed to notice.

"Um, Talia? Are you alright? I noticed you seemed a bit, erm, tense while Becky was here," Gale asked.

"Wait, really?" Sawyer jumped in. She turned to Talia. "But you don't even flinch whenever Lola glares at you!"

"Well, that's different," Talia explained. "I know Lola. I know she doesn't actually hate any of us. Plus, she's cold to everyone." Talia winced. "It just feels different when it's a girl you barely even know, especially if her reputation says she's kind to everyone else."
