I woke up to a loud crash. I jerked upwards and almost fell off the bed but I was being held. I looked to my left and saw Alice asleep next to me. I looked at the tv and the Netflix had "are you still watching 'The OA?'" On the screen. We must have fallen asleep together.

That's when I realized that she was lying up against me. Our legs were tangled and her head was rested on my arm she used as a pillow. I tried my best to untangle ourselves to try and get up. I successfully did it and went to the living room. There I saw bear and Mateo with their bags.

"Did we wake you?"

"No just you throwing your suitcase across the room did," I rubbed my eyes. 

"Is your friend here?" Bear asked

"Wait Tanner had someone over?!" Mateo yelled

"Yeah her name is Alice," bear said

"So Tanner has a girl over hmm?"

"God damnit!" I heard Alice yell from the other room "Tanner I'm taking your charger my phone died!"

"Can we meet her?" Mateo asked

"Alice come here!" I yelled

"No!" She replied muffled because her face was probably in the bed

"ALISON JANE I MADE WAFFLES!"

We heard a creak in my bed and then a thud followed by an 'ow!' by hers then an Alice came out dressed in grey sweat pants and a tank top that's had the t-fox logo on it. They were both mine.

"Alice meet Bear and Mateo," I said

"Where are my god damn waffles Tanner," she said

"Dang Tanner yo girl wants some waffles," bear laughed

"There are no waffles are there?"

"..No..." I replied

"I'm going back to bed," she said and turned around

I grabbed her wrist and pulled her back

"Alice be nice,"

"Tanner you haven't met me before coffee," she muttered "get me waffles and coffee. Than I'll be 'nice' to your friends"

"I'll make you waffles after. Just be nice."

"Hi, I'm Alice. I'm so sorry you had to meet me like this it's just I'm not really a morning person somedays."

"We get it. Well it's nice to meet you but we have to go,"

"Bye!" They both said

I said bye and they left.

"Tanner I'll give you til the count of three before you're in that kitchen grabbing a waffle maker," she said "1,"

That's all it took me before I was in there making waffles for her.

I finished and she came back out," she had a smile on her face

"I lied. Im definitely a morning person.  I just really wanted waffles,"

"Wow okay then. Hey by the way... when did you change?"

"Oh, you fell asleep by like 3:20 so I changed real quick and then I attempted to sleep on the floor but about five minutes later you picked me up off the floor and basically we cuddled together and you were up but you were out of it and then I ended up falling asleep by four." She explained.

I grabbed the whipped cream out of the fridge while she was explains and gave a nod in response. When I turned around Alice was distracted so I put some on my finger and whipped her nose.

"Tanner!" She yelled as I got up and ran away from her.
