it was a snowy day down in north carolina and alana and her best friend austin sat in alana's living room watching a random movie.

"austinnnn" alana says while dragging the n in his name "yes alanaaa" he says mocking what she did

"can we make a snack? ya girl is starving" she says patting her flat stomach, "sure sunshine" he gets up and then helps her get up as well

the two of them walk into her kitchen "we should make cookies" austin suggests as alana nods

"you always have the best ideas" she smiles while taking out the ingredients, she struggles to get the flour which is on the top shelf

"austinnn" she whines while trying to reach it "i got it, step aside smurf" he laughs while getting the flour "i'm hurt" alana pretends to be hurt while holding her chest

"tough case" austin says as they both begin laughing, the two continue making the cookies before putting the formed cookies into the oven.

"now we wait" alana says while setting the timer "we should go outside while we wait for the cookies" austin suggests

"austin its cold" alana says while shivering at the thought, instead of listening austin throws his jacket on along with boots and runs outside knowing lana would be right behind him

soon enough alana goes outside with her arms folded "i hate you" she tries to make a mad face but instead laughs

austin throws a snowball at her and the two began having a snowball fight, just like when they were little kids

"you can't catch m-" austin teases but is quickly hit in the face with a snowball thrown by alana

"that wasn't fair" austin whines while forming another snowball in his hand

"life isn't fair goldilocks" alana sticks out her tongue out, austin runs over to her and tackles her onto the soft snow

"i hate you" alana says as they both laugh, the two make eye contact for what seems like forever before austin leans in and kisses her softly on the lips, she instantly kisses back.

soon the two pull away and both have stupid smiles on their faces "woah that was-" alana starts "something special" austin finishes

the two lie next each other and begin making snow angels however their moment is quickly ruined by an alarm going off

"the cookies!" alana begins running towards the kitchen, soon enough austin joins her in the kitchen as she sets the tray on the counter

"hey lana?" he calls "yes aussie?" she answers "i like you a lot" he confesses as alana walks over and kisses him on the cheek

"i like you too bubs" she whispers before going over to the sink so she could wash her hands before eating the cookies they had made
