leilani and zion walked into the doctors office, today was the day they would find out if she was cancer free.

leilani had been fighting for three years and zion had been through it all with her, he cried with her when she found out and held her hand through every chemo session

the two sat in the waiting room holding hands "i'm scared" lei says while leaning into his embrace "mamas no matter what those results say, i'm not leaving your side. we're gonna hope for the best" he kisses her forehead

"i love you" lei whispers as zion smiles "i love you too" he says, soon lei was called and the two of them made their way to the room

lei felt her palms begin to sweat, she started taking deep breaths "you got this mamas" zion says while taking a seat next to her

around five minutes later doctor griffin came in with her clipboard, she greeted them and then she sat down at the computer

"well leilani todays the big day, how are you feeling?" dr griffin asks "better than ever, nervous though. i just want to be healthy" leilani smiles

"you're a fighter leilani, thats for sure" dr griffin says "she really is" zion adds, dr griffin goes on the computer and goes into leilani's stats "lets see what this says"

"well ms leilani grant, you are officially cancer free. congratulations" the doctor smiles as leilani starts crying "thank you" she smiles through her tears "you did it mamas, you beat it, you won" zion wraps his arms around her tightly, even shedding a few tears of his own

"i can't believe it, i'm cancer free" she says excitingly "yes you are, i love you leilani" he kisses her forehead "i love you too zion" she says with the big smile still displayed on her face
