As I rolled over in my bed, Willow was laying next to my face, causing me to spit out the hair I got in my mouth from his tail. "Tsk. Is it time for me to get up, little guy?" He meowed, causing me to smile as I sat up, my hair even more of a mess then usual. I stood up, tugging my dirty T-Shirt off and tossed it next to my sweatshirt on the ground. I opened my dresser and grabbed a black T-Shirt with the words 'Too Early To Be Awake' in large purple text. Slipping it on, I yawned. Willow sat on my bed, licking his paw. "Time to leave the room, Willow?" He looked at me and meowed, then leapt to the floor. I opened the door and walked out, smelling something immediab';g CDtly. Willow shot towards the kitchen and I walked behind. Mr. Aizawa stood there, his hair up on a bun. He was sipping coffee, holding a newspaper in his free hand. "Mornin'." I said, rubbing my eyes and heading to a free seat next to him.

"Morning." he said, putting his paper down. "So, what do you want for breakfast?"

"Uh, anything." I said, not the picky type. "Anything will work."

"Hm." he said, looking at me. "Well, there's 3 cereal boxes on top of the fridge, milk is in the fridge, there's bread for toast on the counter, and there's coffee in the pot." I looked around, unsure what I should have.I've never had this many choices for breakfast. I rarely even eat breakfast, actually.

I grabbed the boxes of cereal off the the fridge and read them. Fruit Loops, Cocoa Pebbles, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I put two back, keeping the Cinnamon Toast Crunch out. "Bowls?" I asked, setting the box on he counter. Aizawa pointed to one of the cabinets, so I opened it. There were several sizes of bowls. "What size should I use for cereal?" Aizawa chuckled, walking over.

"How hungry are you?" he asked, his hand floating around the bowls. I took a moment to feel my stomach before replying.

"Pretty hungry." I said, looking at him. He nodded, grabbing a large bowl out. He handed it to me, his mouth slightly curled up.

"You don't have ask for everything." he said, patting my shoulder. "You live here, so everything is yours." I nodded, at a loss for words of his patience.

He walked back to the table, sitting down. I turned to the counter and snatched the box off the counter. Opening it, I poured cereal into the bowl. Stopping when the cereal was piling up, I shut the box back up and put it on the fridge. I need a spoon, but Aizawa has done so much for me. Looking down the counters drawers, I looked for the one that had been disrupted last. Spotting it, I opened it. The silverware jangled as I opened it. Grabbing a spoon, I shut the drawer with my hip.

"Good job." Aizawa said, making me turn to look at him. "I kinda forgot to tell you where silverware was, so I'm glad you found it so fast." I smiled slightly, not wanting to show my full emotions. He's proud of me? Jeez. That's the first time I can remember anyone saying anything close to that to me. Maybe I'm reading to much into it.

I grabbed my bowl and sat down across from Aizawa. "So, who was that lady last night?" I asked, lifting my spoon to my mouth. He looked up at me, almost shocked. I pointed with my free hand at the phone he had on the table. The background was two cats, one hanging from the others paw. The notification read "Ms Joke, 7:35 am. 'Lunch. Half Past noon, Rusted Wheel.'"

He flipped his phone with one hand, clearing his throat. "Guess I'm not very good at keeping people up to date." He said, chuckling. "I'm meeting with her to talk about where to go from here if you decide to stick around." I felt my eyes widen as Willow brushed against my leg, purring. Aizawa looked at me, then looked under the table. "Oh, it's just Willow."

"So, does she have a past with adoption or...?" I asked, pushing my cereal around in my bowl.

"Emi, adopt?" he said, smiling. "I wouldn't trust her alone with a kitten for an hour, heaven forbid a child. No, she can help me not take this deathly serious. I have a bad habit of making everything life or death."

"Hence the nickname." I said, taking a bite of my cereal. He nodded, rubbing his neck.

"Hence the nickname." He repeated, flipping his phone over.

"So, Mr. Aizawa." I said, swallowing my cereal. "I was wondering, If I do decide to stick around...how quickly would I be going to school after that decision is made?"

"However quickly you want." he answered. "If you wanna do online, we can do that, too. If you want to go to in person, there's an Academia a little bit away, UA."

"UA High?" I asked, looking up from my bowl to Aizawa. He nodded, rubbing his chin.

"You know about that?" He asked. "Well, of course you would. It's one of the 2 biggest High Schools around here."

"And a final question." I asked, flipping my spoon in my finger. "What if I already had my mind made up?" His eyes widened, his mouth shifting to a slight, caring smile.

"Shinsou, there's no need to rush this." He said, his voice calming. "It's only day two of you even being here, so I woulnd't expect you to have your opinion fully made up."

"But, what if I really hate the adoption agency." I replied, staring at the wooden table. "Or, I was afraid I wouldn't find someone as nice as you?"

"Shinsou, if you're already decided, I can call the Agency today and have them bring the official paperwork over." I looked up at him, almost catiously. The old saying Don't look a gift horse in the mouth applied to me very realisticly, almost as if I was afraid of coming out of the dream.

"Yes." I said, blinking. "T-That'd be great." Aizawa slid a box of tissues to me, causing me to look up at him, curious on why. Then, I felt the tears rolling down my cheeks and down my chin. His face, smiling, held a sense of understanding as I wiped my eyes.
