*Scarlett's POV*
Anthony- "Alright chill."
Scar- "You tell me to chill I will walk to the hospital."
Anthony- "Sorry I made her mad." I rolled my eyes and sat up.
Jake- "She's in pain." Anthony switched lanes and pulled in somewhere.
Scar- "Where are we?"
Anthony- "I am giving these people a heads up not to steal the car. Also they are my best friends two so yeah." He walked inside and told them and walked back out and picked me up. We walked up to the van and got in.
Scar- "Fuck." Logan looked at me then at Anthony.
Anthony- "Hey just don't put any pressure on it ok." I nodded and Nick looked at my shoulder.
Nick- "What the hell did that happen." Kad e sod up and looked at my shoulder.
Anthony- "Giys chill out we just need to get her to the hospital before it actually gets worse." I shoched closer to him and laid my head onto his shoulder. My eyes started to get heavier and heavier.
Anthony- "Angle don't do this I am truly sorry." He started to cry and I closed my eyes.
*Anthony's POV*
Anthony- "This is all of my fucking fault if I did not do anything she wouldn't be looking like she is dead." We pulled into the E.R and I picked her up. I then whispered "Please be ok?" She started to wake up and looked at me
Scar- "Where's... Jake???" I handed her to him and he looked at her.
Jake- "You are always mad at me and I am sorry for whatever I have done to you. I love you and I hope you are ok. You are always in my heart if you are not right next to my side everyday or not. You are still my bestfriend for life remember that. I love you sis." He put her o to the bed and sat down in the waiting area while everybody else came in.
Kade- "Emilio and Ivan are coming they got your mom to babysit."
Jake- "I feel like that was just Anthony and I's last time talking to her and she is going to die." Jake start to cry and I looked at him.
Anthony- "Jake I know that she is your little sister no matter what we all have seen so many people come and go in her life like Chance for example. We all are family and we stick together. She just doesn't wa t you to treat her like you dad that's all."
Jake- "How do you know?"
Emilio- "She told everybody that and said if she is in the hospital one more time to tell you that she ment it." Emilio and Ivan came up to Jake and looked at them.
Jake- "Tell me both of you right now truthfully ok."
Ivan and Emilio- "Yeah what's up?"
Jake- "If she is in a coma or said passed away I am not saying she is. What would you both do? Emilio is her husband and Ivan is her brother is law."
Emilio- "I couldn't find another girl like her to ever date in my whole life. She is my world if she goes I go."
Jake- "Who will take care of the babies?"
Ivan- "Our older sister because he goes I go."
Nurse- "I need Emilio Martinez, Ivan Martinez and Anthony Trujillo." We all three stood up and walked up to her.
Nurse- "Will you three please come back with us for a moment?" We all nodded and walked back with her.
Nurse- "Do you guys think that one of her brothers will donate blood for her they will be fine it will not be alot?"
Emilio- "I am pretty sure."
Anthony- "If they won't I will."
Nurse- "Ok that's good we have a backup plan then." We walked out and I walked up to Jake and Logan.
Anthony- "One of you guys have to donate blood for her it is not going to be alot."
Jake- "Which one?"
Anthony- "Wich one do you guys want to donate?"
Jake- "I will just because I love her."
Anthony- "Ok come on then."
Logan- "Guys wait." We both turned around and he put his hands on our shoulders.
Logan- "Dose he know?"
Jake- "No I will tell him when we get back we get over their."
Logan- "Ok."
Anthony- "Guys what's going on?" Jake hugged me and looked laid both hands on my shoulder.
Logan- "She is actually your little sister by blood so you have to do yours just please."
Anthony- "I am confused but ok I will do it." I walked back their and looked at the nurse.
Nurse- "Are you ready."
Anthony- "Yeah I am but can we get a DNA rest on us both afterwards?"
Nurse- "Absolutely why."
Anthony- "So I got told by my friends  that she is my little sister by blood but I don't remember because I was probably to young when she got adopted."
Nurse- "Ok so we will draw some blood for that after the blood for her."
Anthony- "How much?"
Nurse- "She still has a lot of blood left but she is not waking up until we add more blood into her for is to run through her body." I nodded and she started go draw my blood. We got done and she drawled a little for DNA test.
Nurse- "You can come back to the room with us." I stood up and walked back with her.
Nurse- "This is good she is waking up." I smiled and walked up to her and grabbed her hand.
Nurse- "Just be careful" I nodded and wiped away my tears and rubbed her cheek.
*Scarlets POV*
Scar- "An.. Anth.. Anthony.." I started to cry and he wiped away my tears.
Scar- "What's happening?" He just looked at me and rubbed my cheek.
Anthony- "We are doing a DNA test because I got to by your older brothers now that before you became a Paul you were my little sister."
Scar- "I can see how we look a little similar but not that similar." He sat down and I sat up.
Nurse- "I have to draw a little blood ok." I nodded and held out my arm. The nurse started to draw the blood and she looked at me.
Scar- "I am excited."
Anthony- "Same if you are able to leave we are having a long conversation at home." I looked at him and nodded.
Scar- "What kind off long conversation are you talking about?" He started to raise and eyebrow and grabbed my other arm and pointed at the freshly new lines. The nurse walked out and got everybody else.
Anthony- "Why?" He started to cry as everybody elsa walked into the room.
Scar- "I am sorry I did it the day Jake 'pranked me' and was being mean to Emilio. I always did it because I was afraid that my own brothers would be mean to them and try to make me date somebody elsa. I knew I was never good for anyone in this world Anthony." Jake grabbed my other hand.
Anthony- "Scarlett your amazing inside and out just remember that. Everybody loves you The team dose, your kids, your fandom, your husband loves you. Within a second I could tell as soon as you walked through the door and he saw you he knew you ould never stop trying to get you to be his." Emilio mouthed 'Te Amo Princesa'.
Jake- "Did you just mouth We're fucking?"
Scar- "No he said I love you princess in Spanish."
Emilio- "She is my everything."
Anthony- "We could tell you can't stop harassing her."
Scar- "Neither can you my dude."
Emilio- "You guys did it before?"
Scar- "Everybody turns everything I say the opposite direction." I rolled my eyes and Emilio came up to me. He kissed my forehead and Anthony wrapped an arm around Emilio's shoulder.
Emilio- "I am confused."
Anthony- "Jake and Logan both told me that before she was adopted she was my little sister and I asked the Nurse if I could get a DNA test to see if we were related and she said right after I got the blood drawn to give to her."
Scar- "You did that?" He nodded and I looked at my arm.
Anthony- "Why did you cut yourself?" I looked at him with teary eyes and shook my head.
Emilio- "Baby."
Scar- "Mon Beau."
Emilio- "¿Puedes explicarme si no quieres explicarle?" (Can you explain to me if you don't want to explain to him?)
Scar- "Lo hice porque pensé que todo el mundo en el mundo me odia porque estaba contigo cuando te amo y no puedo elegir a nadie con quien estar. Te amo. Mi rey." (I did because I thought that everybody in the whole world hated me because I was with you when I love you and I can't choose anyone elsa to be with I love you. My king.)
Emilio- "Mi Reina Te amo." (My queen I love you."
Jake- "Ivan can you translate?"
Ivan- "Later we are still in a hospital room."
Scar- "I don't acarea."
Ivan- "Ola mamacita." I smiled and looked at Emilio.
Emilio- "Hey are you flirting with my wife?" I sat up again and looked at him.
Ivan- "No." He just rolled his eyes at me and gave me a sexual smirk.
Scar- "No."
Ivan- "What?"
Scar- "You gave me a sexual smirk." He just rolled his eyes and looked at me.
Emilio- "I want this mamaz to be out of here."
Scar- "Can you calm down?"
Emilio- "No."
Scar- "Repect the drip Karen."
