"Who's there?" The lady on the bridge asked Lorn.

Wait... can't she see me?

"Uh... I'm sorry. I'm just a passer by," Lorn replied. He didn't mean to startle the lady.

"But how'd you know my name?" She asked.

Lorn's head blew away when she asked that. No... it can't be.

"Why aren't you answering?" She asked again.

"Are you really Euphoria?"

"I'm going to ask again. Why do you know my name?" It sounds like she's getting annoyed.

"I don't know if you can remember but... my name's Forlorn..."

Forlorn crosses his fingers and hope it was really Euphoria in front of him. He'd actually flip.

It took him a couple of seconds to realize that the lady in front of him was crying. "Don't fool me like that..."

"I-I'm not fooling you. I'm really Forlorn. I've been looking for you all over this town, Euphoria," he said as the tears starting forming at the corner of his eyes.

"No way! I've been waiting for you," she mutters as she sniffs.

Forlorn didn't waste a second and hug Euphoria so tight. They both cried and hugged each other.

"I'm sorry, it took me so long to find you. I'm really sorry."

Forlorn kept apologizing. At that moment, he couldn't think of anything else but finally seeing Euphoria. At this moment, he forgot that he was supposed to just say goodbye.

"What happened to you? Why can't you recognize me?" He finally asked.

"I'm... blind now. I didn't have the courage to tell you before. Remember, I keep asking you, how I hope you'd recognize me first. How I could see your face when I'm..." she broke down. It was hard to say the word blind.

Forlorn hugged her even tighter than how he hugged Brei.

"It doesn't matter. What matters is that we finally found each other. I swear, nothing can take you away from me again, Euphoria. I won't lose you again," he assured Euphoria as they cry and rest their heads on each other. He cupped her face and wiped her tears away.

"I'm sorry they blamed you for that stupid accident, Euphoria. I know it wasn't your fault. I know it was never your fault," he murmured.

Euphoria touch his hand and smiled sweetly at him. "You don't have to say sorry. It may be too late for me to see the wonders of this new world with you but I can still hear how we can be happy together."

"I love you, Euphoria."

"I love you"

Brei felt a sudden ache in her chest that made her stop writing. "What is wrong with me?" She asked as she touched that aching part.

It only lasted for a couple of seconds and then gone. That made her look outside the window and into the sky. She smiled as she continues to write down some words.

She's almost done with the story she's writing. It will only take about one more chapter to get out of this town. Hoping by then, Mikael will go with her and be by her side to face the real world.

Brei's phone turned on as she receives a text from a family. It was their home taker that texted her, she always include Greta as a family.

I'll be home tomorrow my little one ♥️

Receiving that text made Brei a little secure and at the same time nervous. Imagining how her nanny Greta would greet Mikael she laughed. She thought, what else could go wrong in this wonderful night.
