I woke up on the sofa I sat on last night. I didn't want to get up. As I rolled over. I felt paper on my back. I picked it up. On the front it said 'Alexis'. I opened it up.
Went to work for 4 hours. I'll be home no later then 5:00pm. -Love John
Wait,huh,love? But I just met him yesterday. Oh no. He's handsome and all but "Love"! No no no. We've only just met yesterday. 'I have to go home' I thought to myself. But how? I don't just want to disappear. I stretched and then got up. I walked into John's room. It was empty. There only was one matress and a tv. A small one. I found the remote and pressed 'power' . The news was on. "Up next, a 15 year old girl went missing". I hurried and quickly turned off the tv. I had to hide! There was no where for me to hide. The subway? I don't know. I found a pair of keys labeled 'House keys'. I knew those were the keys to lock the door. So I ran out the door and locked it. As I ran outside, I thought, 'what about John. I can't just leave him.' I ran all the way to the convenience store,where John had worked. I walked into the store breathless. I saw John. We made eye contact. I walked towards him. "Hey Lexi!" John said. 'Lexi? "John!
