Chapter 10

“May I call your attention please, ladies and gentlemen, I called up an urgent gathering for my very important announcement. I know its been years na I do not introduce to all of you, the grand grand grand grand grand daughter of the former queen of Greenland, my daughter, Hannah Morgansten !” pagpapakilala ni mommy.

Oo, kamag anak naming yung former Queen ng Greenland, pero were not royal blood, yun lola ni lola anak sa pagkadalaga ng queen, tapos nagging asawa yung king pero namatay naman yung king kaya siya yung nagging queen, nagkaanak sila ng lalaki at yun ang naging next na king hindi yung lola ni lola kaya yun, di naman kami royal blood, pampaganda lang yun sa pag iintroduce.

All people clapped.

“Hannah ..” hinawakan ni Edward ang kamay ko.

“I can make it, trust me” sagot ko then smiled at him. I opened the door to the veranda.

Biglang tumahimik ang lahat. Tumigil ang flash ng cameras. And all their reactions was like OoO siguro nagulat sa itsura ko.

“ang ganda niya !” sigaw ng isang lalaki sa baba.

“Hannah ?” gulat na sabi ni mommy at lola.

“hi ma, hi lola. Its me Hannah” saad ko.

Namangha ang lahat sa paglabas ko. Lumapit ako sa may veranda and waved to them. They were all smiling at me, hindi magkamayaw ang mga flash ng cameras na sa palagay ko ay hindi na tumigil sa pagkislap.

Lumabas na si Edward mula sa kwarto at tumabi saken, “all of you, I want you to meet Edward Wayland, my soon to be husband” sigaw ko sa mic.

And they shouted “kiss !!”

*A bit of Flashback*

“Hannah ..” hinawakan ni Edward ang kamay ko.

“I can make it, trust me” sagot ko then smiled at him. I opened the door to the veranda. Pero hinila niya ko paloob.

“maybe a true loves kiss can break the curse ?” suggest ni Edward at hindi bitawan ang kamay ko.

“ I don’t believe in true loves kiss, were very old to believe in that childish thing. I am contented with what I am now, as long as all of you were with me and accepts me to what I am” sagot ko.

“why we don’t even try ?” saad niya.

“But we don’t love eavh other, weve just met and ..”

He kissed me .. sa lips talaga grabe ! super aggressive, feeling ko gusto lang maka score saken neto eh, hmp ! ganda problems ! ;)

“jan ka nagkakamali, weve just met many years ago, white lady” saad nito.

So siya nga si childhood friend Edward !

“Binalikan kita right after the party, dun sa garden, pero ito” kinuha niya ang butones sa bulsa niya, “ito na lang ang naabutan ko” dugtong niya pa.

“Saken nga to” at kinuha ko yung butones.

“Sayang di tayo nakapag usap ng matagal, hindi ka man lang nakapagpakilala saken” he’s saying it directly into my eyes, very sincere and super pakilig. <3

“I was there nung 16th birthday mo, pero di kita pinansin, I was looking for the other girl yung white lady, hindi ko naman alam na ikaw na pala yun.” Saad niya,

“at hindi rin naman ako nag assume na ikaw yun kase madaming Edward sa mundo.” Sagot ko.

“Hannah, I love you, and I know you feel the same for me too” now he’s staring at me crazily !

He kissed me again. Grabe kota na huh !

“I will marry you when we reach 18. And I hope you want to marry me too”

Tinatanong niya ba ako ? tss .. anong isasagot ko ? yes na agad ? walang pakipot effect ?

“ah, Edward. For now I have to go outside, tawag na ko ni mommy, walng nabago, hindi totoo ang true loves kiss” saad ko. I opened the door.

Pagtapat ko sa pinto, I felt so hot because of the sun and the sunrays that reaches my skin.

Pero bakit parang niluto ako ng araw ? medyo nag brown yung balat ko.

Those sunrays changed me to a beautiful woman.

I was shocked at first, but when I saw mommy and lola, they were more shocked than I was.

*End of Flashback*

And they shouted “kiss !!” again and a bit more louder.

We kissed again, for the third time around ! :)

And as the years go by, me and Edward decided to get married and the wedding was just happy like the day when mommy introduced me in public.

Madaming bisitang dumating, and all of them wearing their best smiles.

Si Harold and his father ? they sent to jail. Ayoko sana pero hindi pumayag si Edward, we accused them for kidnapping.

Yung mga friends ko ? si Jinky na at si Matthew, si Grace at si Duncan na rin, pero si Rachell, still finding for the right guy, na sana soon ay mahanap niya na rin.

Now I am so happy with what I am and what I have, but the most unforgettable moment and the most happiest thing happened to me is the time when I have my freedom, freedom from The Curse.
