Lost Senses

Preliminary

The two rival teams stared at each other in awkward silence for a few seconds.. neither quite knowing what to say or what to do to the other. As the Fairies wondered how these 'random' mages knew who they were, the Serpents wondered why Fairy Tail had been following them.. but they always were quite the cheaters, and even now it seemed they hadn't changed their ways.. doing whatever it takes to get whatever they want.. the more Lucy, Juvia, and Levy thought about it the more sense it made that the people following them had been Fairy Tail..

That's what Lucy, Juvia, and Levy hated about them, using others for their own personal gain.. it made the three girls blood boil.

Gray eyed the team across from him, before his eyes landed on the three girls he had accused only hours earlier of being murderers. He nudged Erza and MiraJane before pointing to the three of them, their eyes narrowed as they glared at the girls.. and the girls could suddenly feel their magic power surge as they summoned more of it to them.

"You." Gray seethed as he looked at the girls individually, fully ignoring Claire and Gabriel there as well, "you're the ones who killed Lucy, Juvia, and Levy! What're you doing here?!" He yelled angrily, so much so that the girls had to wipe their faces off from the spit that had flown from Gray's mouth.. gross.

Gajeel looked shocked as he looked over at Gray, "they killed Levy? Juvia? Lucy?" He asked individually as Gray nodded yes to each question, "they really killed them? They look no more powerful then Wendy." He snickered, earning him his own glares from his teammates, minus Natsu, and the three girls who were now getting very tired of waiting for someone to start fighting them! Seriously, Fairy Tail all thought they killed their friends! So why weren't they attacking them?

Claire balled her fists as she took a step forward to defend her teammates against Gajeel, "I don't know who 'Wendy' is, but I'll have you know that Koemi, Amaya, and Sumiye are the most powerful mages Midnight Serpents have!" She told them angrily as Gabriel nodded in agreement, "they're all S class and use amazing magic! Nothing compared to your crap! 'Dragon slayer'." She said mockingly, earning laughs from her teammates and some even from Fairy Tail as well.. before the Fairies remembered they were supposed to hate the Serpents.

Natsu sneered at the team, which made the girls hair stand on end, "S class, huh? Well we've got two S class mages who are stronger then all three of yours combined." He bragged, which was just making the Serpents angrier and angrier, "heck. I'm probably stronger then your entire team combi-."

He was cut off by a swift punch to the face, and thoroughly shut up when a deafening crack echoed through the quietness of the maze. Both teams stared in wonder as Koemi/Lucy was the one who attacked, her eyes stung with tears as she looked at Natsu full of hatred and anger, she was not going to let Natsu think he was above her and her friends for even a second. Natsu looked at her in shock, holding his sore jaw, before he decided he had to attack back, he moved to swing at her with his hands aflame, but was quickly stopped by both Juvia and Levy grabbing his arms and flipping him over their shoulders and onto his back.

"Holy shit." Gray said in disbelief, they had just taken Natsu down without him even getting a hit in, and they didn't seem to break a sweat! They obviously had to do something or else this team was going to kick their asses, and they'd be taken down far before they even had the chance to compete in the actual games..

"Ice make: hammer!" Gray yelled as he went to attack, his hammer slammed down towards Juvia, but was quickly smashed to pieces by a new force. The fairies looked to see Claire with a cigarette to her lips, and a smoke trail coming off that had just sent Gray's ice shattering.

Gajeel jumped into action, they couldn't be on the losing end of this battle, "Iron dragon's club!" His arm turned into a club and shot towards Levy, it seemed to almost hit her before Gajeel cried out in pain.. which wasn't something that usually happened. The Fairies all looked at Gajeel's club-arm, only to see the iron melting after Gabriel had used his own attack to melt it..
