"Here's the file. Edit it please?" I fluttered my eyelashes innocently and gave my widest smile. Evan gave me a blank stare and raised one of his eyebrow at me.

I sighed, "You know how horrible I am with the whole header and logo stuffs. Please edit it."

He twirled in his chair and whistled. I crossed my arms and waited for him to finish his shenanigans. He rolled his eyes and grabbed the file, "You owe me six lunches."

I scoffed, "No way! Two lunches."

"Five lunches."

"Nope I'm sticking with two lunches."

"Three and a half lunches. Take it or leave." Evan smirked as he held out his hand holding he file. I shook my head and replied, "Yeah whatever. Get it done before six."

He waved me off and went on to do his work. I went over some more files. Humming the tone of Him & I, I headed over to the downstairs.

"Hey Judy!" I said giving a high five to the curly haired girl.

"Sup?" She chewed her gum and stood up from her seat. "I need some printouts." I handed the USB to her.

"I've got you girl." She winked and gave me the printouts in a few minutes. "So.. the guy upstairs with you.. not that I care but are you both together." She asked.

I looked at her wide eyed, "Who me and Evan?! No way!"

She sighed and her shoulders seemed less tense.

"Wait.. do you by any chance like Evan?" I curiously asked. She nodded.

"Oh my god! How? When?" I squealed. I spoke to Judy only a handful of times before but nowadays after my birthday we started talking a lot.

 She started informing how she began speaking to him at my birthday party and how he was such a sweetheart to her. I awed and it was time for me to head back up.

I walked to the lift but ran back to her. "Join me for lunch today?" I asked leaning against her desk.

"Sure. As long as there is vegan options."

I rolled my eyes before walking back towards the lift, "Meet me at two by the entrance."

I stapled and placed the papers properly in order and handed those also to Evan.

"Come on let's go." Evan tugged at my elbow and we were out within seconds. I smirked as soon as I spot Judy and she gave me a 'I'm-going-to-kill-you' look. Well she might want to murder me now, but will thank me later for sure.

I nudged Judy the entire time in order to make her converse with Evan. Playing Cupid at times was fun indeed. After a hefty meal, we headed back to our office.

"If you buy me such meals for lunch I'll probably edit all your files and you treat me everyday." Evan said, jubilantly.

"No thanks. I already regret it and my pocket feels like ten thousand times lighter." I replied back. He threw his arm around my shoulders giving me a side hug, "You are my favorite you know that right?" He had a million dollar smile and I knew he was trying to bribe me into buying him food forever.

"Not going to work on me bro." I yelled and tried to pry his arm off me, while he tried to hug me tighter.

"Am I interrupting something?"

We both whirled around, still in each other's arms. Harry raised his brow at us and then Evan and I hurriedly took our hands off each other. "I wanted to ask if you would join Jane and I for lunch Emily." Harry said, completely ignoring Evan.

"I.. uh.. I already ate with Evan an—" before I could complete he cut me off.

"Oh okay then, I better get going. Jane is waiting for me." And then he was gone.

Well at least I didn't have to be the freaking third wheel and try setting up those two today

We headed back to our desks and found the other employees who shared our floor huddled around Perrier's desk. Evan and I shared a look, both of us clueless about what is going on.

"What's up?" I asked placing my hand on Niall's shoulder who was leaning forward and glancing at a map.

"We are planning to go for camping for this time's office get together. But the planning is like not going well." He replied.

"Why not go to an amusement park like last time?" I shrugged my shoulders and asked. Everyone glared at me like I had done something evil.

"No not again. Let's go somewhere different, and risky, and cool." Zayn stated.

"Living along with bugs and wild animals. Not much time to take care of hygiene.Hmm.." I pretended to think. Crossing my arms I replied, "How about no? No camping please! I have nightmares from middle school when I was forced to go for summer camps." I blinked and shuddered at the memories.

"See the other option is have a fancy party." Niall replied.

"Dress up and act like stuck ups. No way I'm out." Evan said raising his hands up in a surrender motion.

"Why don't we ask they others too?" We all turned to Liam who appeared behind us. We were so engrossed that we didn't even see Natalie and Liam come out of the lift and walk towards us.

For the next one hour or so we were busy finding things to do, looking up different venues, taking up Instagram polls and even had the other employees drop down their suggestions.

"This time no get together. We have to stay in and watch Aladdin or something at the theaters and enjoy." Zayn sighed.

I tied my hair up in a pony tail and bit my lip trying to think. "How about a barbecue?" Evan asked for the fifth time.

"We have vegan and vegetarians who can't stand the smell of meat and some hate the charcoal taste and smell." I replied monotoned.

"Let's just take all the ideas to Harry. He will probably find somewhere good." Niall said, gathering up all the papers containing our plans and other people's suggestions. We all went and headed towards Harry's office.

"Seriously? You people think way too much about get togethers than your actual job." Harry exclaimed, looking through the papers placed on his spotless table which unfortunately was now a major mess.

Perrie went on with the stats on which plan was the best, while Niall and I kept hinting at making a trip to an amusement park again, Evan and Zayn were busy bickering over where to go for camping.

"How about this?" Liam clapped his hands to gather all our attention. "There's this place that opened up like a few months back. There's a lodge where we can all stay. On the first day we will go for hiking , second day for ice skating as there is a rink or frozen lake something like that and the third day we host our joint company party."

Everyone looked at each other and there was silence all around.

"That's amazing! Maybe make it a four day trip with the last day reserved for a campfire so it's basically mostly everyone's plans in one!" Natalie suggested.

Everyone nodded and agreed along with them. We all turned to the last person who had not said anything for a while.

"Come on! Say yes." Niall said raising his hands in the air.

"Fine. I don't probably have a say now do I?" Harry exclaimed. We all shook our heads.

"Well if this is the final plan, no more office party this year okay?" He stated. We all nodded and agreed. He waved off his hand towards the door, "Now go on and plan ahead!"
