Reporter: "We're getting reports that an explosion has rocked the neighborhood in the vicinity of the federal plaza. Authorities have closed down the entire area and are not going to give any information at this time. And with 8 suspicious incidences in as little as 3 weeks, we have no room but to speculate whether or not there will be more attacks. We have no word yet on any injuries, but with the explosion heard as far away as prince street, an unconfirmed report said it was a car bomb. NYPD's emergency services, as well as federal..."

Reid: "David, I heard on the radio" he calls out as he rushes over to him "I tried the others, but-"

Rossi: "The cell phone system is crashing."

Reid: "A car bomb. Did they say where?"

Rossi: "No. Can you recall every site where the shootings occurred?"

Reid: "Uh, Hell's Kitchen, Murray Hill, Lower East Side, Chinatown."

Rossi: "All right, if our profile is correct and all 8 murders were tests to gauge response times. We're looking at 8 suicide bombers who are about to hit every one of those locations. Call homeland security. Tell them to pour troops into all of those sites."

Reid: "Actually, if we're correct, there'll be 16 suicide bombers."

Rossi: "16?"

Rossi: "Yeah, we predicted that they'll hit the second wave of emergency responders also."

Reporter: "Breaking news now. We are just getting an update. The bomb is now reported to have been inside an SUV. A black SUV parked just blocks from 26 federal plaza. Now, it is un..." she says making the two eyes widen as they share a panicked look

Garcia: "Agent rossi? We heard there was some kind of explosion."

Lisa: "We got this." she says to the other officer in the room

Rossi: "Where are you?"

Garcia: "I just walked into the cctv command post."

Rossi: "Can you see anything?"

Garcia: "I literally just walked through the door, sir."

Rossi: "We got on the news it was an SUV that exploded. A black SUV within blocks of the federal plaza."

Garcia: "Oh, god."

Rossi: "Now, do you have eyes there?"

Garcia: "I, uh-yeah, yeah, I've got like 300 cameras right there. Give me a sec."

Rossi: "I'm here with Reid, but I don't know where anyone else is. And, Garcia..."

Garcia: "Yes, sir."

Rossi: "Find them."

Garcia: "Ok. Lisa, I need every feed of every camera for 20 blocks concentrically out from the federal plaza. Get the best exposure from every angle you can and then back those feeds up."

Lisa: "You got it."

Garcia: "I'm gonna call the rest of my team."

Morgan: "Yeah. I'm still here." he answers his phone as he speeds down the road with the sirens on

Garcia: "Yes, you are. Thank god." she breathes out in relief 

Morgan: "I'm almost back at the federal building. What the hell's going on?"

Garcia: "All right, we're going over the closed circuit footage right now."

Morgan: "Who else have you checked on?"
