Naomi, Derek, and Spencer are all sitting at their desk with Naomi doing paperwork, Derek reading a newspaper, and Spencer playing chess with himself when Gideon comes down from him office and stops at Spencer's desk

Derek: "You know you'll beat him when you start learning."
Spencer: "Learning what?"
Derek: "To think outside the box."
Elle: "Question for you." she says coming down the stairs
Derek: "Shoot."
Elle: "The footpath killer, why did he stutter?"
Naomi: "Come on, Elle, we've all asked him, and he won't say. He wants us to figure it out." she says putting her pen down to look over at Elle
Elle: "Okay. I'm up for a challenge."
JJ: "Good, because these go to you." she says putting a stack of files on her desk "Special agent Jennifer Jareau, JJ if you like."
Elle: "Elle-"
JJ: "Greenway. highest number of solved cases in Seattle 3 years running, specialty in sex offender cases." she says interrupting her
Elle: "Not bad."
JJ: "Well, I'm the unit liaison. My specialty is untangling bureaucratic knots. You'll probably be talking to me a lot. My door's always open, mostly because I'm never in my office, so just call me on my cell, okay? We'll talk." she says walking up the stairs making Naomi laugh to herself in amusement "Did you watch it?" she asks stopping Hotch
Hotch: "Yeah. Think everybody should see it. BAU team, can you meet me in the conference room, please? I need to show you something." he says as everyone gets up from their desk to go to the conference room "This is from the Phoenix office, Bradshaw College in Tempe, 6 fires in 7 months."
Gideon: "Who recorded it?"
JJ: "A student with a digital camcorder. He was watching a fire in the building across from their dorm. The other person you'll see is his roommate, 20-year-old Matthew Rowland." she says playing the video
Student: "This is crazy. Hey, Mac, get over here. You gotta see this. The building's on fire. Bro, you getting this?"
Gideon: "Is that the kid?" he asks as a guys face comes on the screen
Hotch: "Yeah, that's him."
Student: "Relax, man. There's always fires during rush week."
Student 2: "Yeah, but that's pretty big. What building is that? Dude, over here. Check this out." he says as they see gas come through the door
