Emily: "Well, well, well." she calls out when she sees Watson come into the meeting room wearing a dress and holding her heels in her hands. She gains the others attention and Morgan whistles at her making her shake her head a little at him

Rossi: "Who's the lucky guy?"

Watson: "No one important." she shrugs and sits in her seat

Hotch: "Sorry to pull you away. I know it was your first date since Danny."

Watson: "Oh if anything I should be thanking you."

Reid: "That bad?"

Watson: "First time I actually wanna thank a serial killer." she sighs making Morgan give her an understanding look

JJ: "This is Captain Paul Collins. He's the third victim in 2 weeks in Providence, Rhode Island."

Reid: "Captain?"

JJ: "Yeah, he just returned home 2 weeks ago from his fourth tour in Iraq. He's a decorated war hero."

Morgan: "Was he targeted because he's in the military?"

JJ: "No. Just like the first two victims, he was targeted because he was convenient. He was killed at a church during an early service."

Watson: "Neck was cut open, severed the carotid artery. Bled out in a matter of moments."

JJ: "Right in front of his daughter."

Emily: "Murder in a church is highly symbolic. Is there a religious agenda involved?"

JJ: "The detective on the case, Jake Moreland, ruled that out because of the first two victims. The first victim, Mike O'Donnell, was found under a sink in the men's room at a restaurant."

Reid: "What kind of restaurant?"

JJ: "Local place, white tablecloths and jug wine. The second victim, Karen Lagrassa, was killed at the laundromat. All 3 had their throats slashed."

Morgan: "Aside from M.O., the victimology's all over the place. It's like this guy doesn't care who he's killing, just how."

Rossi: "And he's doing it in public without compunction for who sees him."

Hotch: "Do we have a sketch?"

JJ: "All anyone can agree on is that it's a white male between 25 and 40." she hands a sketch drawing to Hotch

Emily: "Well, that narrows it down to all of Providence."

Rossi: "Hard to fault the witnesses given how bloody these murders must be."

Watson: "What bothers me is the cooling-off period is getting shorter and shorter, but no attempt to hide who he is or what he's doing. I mean, an unsub this bold could be suffering from a major psychotic break."

JJ: "I already asked detective Moreland to pull recent releases on prisons and mental hospitals."

Hotch: "We need to get to Providence asap. Whether he's suffering a psychotic break or not, this could be the start of a spree."

Rossi: "And anyone is a potential target."

Rossi: "Show me a hero and I will write you a tragedy." F. Scott Fitzgerald."

On The Plane

Emily: "Why is he using a knife? Guns assure the highest number of fatalities. If all he's interested in is quantity, he could be doing this more efficiently."

JJ: "He could be training. Spree killers often do dry runs before they start their rampage."

Hotch: "Most spree killers have lost control by the time they begin."
