Naomi is sitting in a car tapping her fingers on the wheel while listening to music. After a moment she takes a deep breath and gets out the car slowly walking towards the hospital entrance.
Naomi: "Hi" she smiles at the nurse sitting behind a desk while pulling out her badge "Do you mind telling me what room Jacob Watson is in?" after getting the number she puts the badge away and smiles at the woman "Thank you." she walks over to the elevator and when she goes to push the floor number she hesitates before pushing another button.
Going through a few floors, she reaches the right one and when the doors open she takes a deep breath before stepping out and walking down the hall. She goes around a corner and find Jacob's room but also sees his family sitting in there with her making her stop in her tracks and turn to lean against the wall.
Woman: "Okay. We're gonna go get some food and then I'm gonna take them to school. We'll be back by dinner time." she hears as she watches the small group walk out the room and goes down a hall together. She waits a few moments before going around the hall and slowly moves to stand in the doorway of the room
Jacob: "Can I help you?" he looks up at her making her eyes widen a little
Naomi: "Uh...um..." she breathes and she goes to say something but stops herself "Um, no. Sorry. Wrong room." he nods at her with a small smile before she walks out the room

Spencer: "Hey." he greets when Naomi calls him
Naomi: "When you saw your father for the first time did he recognize you?"
Spencer: "Yeah. Part of it was because he had been researching me for years. Why?"
Naomi: "I've seen multiple pictures of my mother. The only thing I get from her are my eyes. Everything else I get is from him. You'd think that part of him would at least notice some of the similarities...instead he just looked past me." she sighs
Spencer: "Where are you right now?"
Naomi: "In a storage room."
Spencer: "Do you need anything?"
Naomi: "Tell me you guys are drowning and are in desperate need of my help."
Spencer: "Were drowning and are in desperate need of your brilliant help." he says making her chuckle a little

Naomi: "Thank you" she sighs sliding down the door to sit "You guys working on a case?"
Spencer: "Yeah. Unsub is most likely killing women who have the same face symmetry as he does."
Naomi: "Is it common for people to notice that?"
Spencer: "He might not even be aware that he's doing it." he says making her hum and they talk a little bit more before hanging up and she takes a deep breath before getting up and walking out the room
