I lay in a hospital bed wrapped in white sheets. The beeping of their machines the only noise to comfort me. My thoughts racing through my mind. I always knew I'd end up her. Surprise, I think not.
I've been awake for hours now. They told me to stay awake encase of a concussion. I don't know if they noticed but they also say you shouldn't lay down which includes sleeping be done in the case of a concussion. Yet here I am.
I scratched my cast my mind then filled with memories. I haven't seen Jarred since he left in the ambulance with Destiny. I wish he was here. Maybe I can sleep on it.
I closed my eyes sinking into the soft fabric of the pillow nightmares swimming in my head. Dark opacity taking over.

I stood in the middle of a war between Clevises side which consisted of himself, Anthony, Crystal, Savannah, and Carla's whole crew; on the opposing side consisting of Angela, Destiny, Joseph, Mr. Grayson, Mama and Jarred. They wanted me to pick a side. Choose between the good and wicked. The choice wasn't hard I began to walk towards mama her arms open for me. That is until Clevis grabbed my arms sending a painful electoral sensation through my body.
I could feel it go to my head as I charged towards mama a knife magically appearing in my hands as I got closer and stabbed her. The fear and disappointment in her eyes as she slowly died.
I pleaded for her as Clevises army attacked the opposing and instead of blood his army and mama's turned into dust flying away in the wind.
I looked down to find not mama but a puddle of blood in the palm of my hands. I watched as Jarred appeared out of the shadows giving me a look of disgust. I touched my heart feeling a sharp object in it's place. Clevises army may have been gone but he didn't go with them.
I fell to the ground clutching my heart as blood stained my clothing the deafening cackles in the background. I screamed for Jarred as I was getting dragged away in the sand of the desert the horror on his face as he backed away leaving me to die. " Jarred no! Help me! Don't leave me! Jarred. Jarred!"
I woke up in the hospital bed quickly jumping up in a flash of sweat breathing trying to catch my breath. I touched my heart feeling nothing but a dry hospital robe.
" You okay." I felt two urgent hands on my cheek moving my head side to side examining my face. So warm and safe. But surprising.
I jumped again from the sudden movement, that and my cheek was sore. I smiled when I saw it was Jarred. He didn't leave me? He didn't leave me! It was but a dream.
" Jarred." I smiled at him while looking into his eyes big with worry. What a relief. Although he must not have been here long.
He smiled back calming down. His cocky little smirk appearing on his face.
" Don't you think you called my name enough today." His smirk growing wider. I noticed I wasn't just calling his name in my dream but out loud too. Feeling a rush of embarrassment I pulled the covers over my head. My sight filled with white alumination.
" I'm never going to leave you Hannah?"
I have to say this meant more to me than I wanted it to. But nonetheless it was still embarrassing. I felt the covers get pulled at the end of the bed my legs with it. Was he seriously dragging me off the bed?
