I like his name, and I love Pear as a nickname, it's super cute.

Relationship Status: Aren Dougless-Owner/Master, Chou King(One of the main characters of the world they take place in)-Childhood friend/"younger brother"

Everything here is fine.

Personality: He's very optimistic, happy-go-lucky, and cheerful. He's also brave, headstrong, persistent and dependable. He can be a little naïve though and a little too optimistic and headstrong to the point of doing things without thinking and putting himself in risk a lot of the time. His personality gets altered a bit though after mutation. He tends to become more selfish and irresponsible. He starts to running from problems he refuses to accept. This will be clearer on the backstory bit.

Hobbies: Story-telling, Playing games with the other children(not video games), coming up with games to play, reading, practicing reading

Habits: Chewing his cheek, biting his lower lip, tapping his heel when seated still

Dislikes: Fighting, Slavery, His Master/Owner, Adults in general, Money, Politics, Being bossed around.

Powers: His feathers can harden like blades. He can also infect younger boys causing them to mutate into his minions. The boys he infected are much weaker than him and they still keep their memories and personality, however no matter what they will obey Pierre every order without hesitation. He also has the ability to feel full as long as long as his minions eat. He also has a telepathic connection with his infected minions. He also has fast regeneration abilities depending on how full he is. The virus infecting him also stops he biological aging. Oh yeah, he can also fly, along with the kids he infected.

Nothing here seems too overpowered, and I can see that you really zoned in on the Peter Pan aspect.
