One small rumour is all it takes to change someone's life at Damington. It could ruin your reputation or even make you more popular but no one doesn't bother to ask if it's the truth or not.

Rachael walked into school with her usual latte resting in her hand. She walked through the halls to get to the locker whilst everyone was busy doing their own thing but today that wasn't the case. Everyone had their eyes on Rachael some were being obvious some were not and Rachael started to lose her confidence each time she took a step.
She didn't know why everyone was staring and muttering she thought that something was standing out on her uniform. She took a glance at her clothes but didn't notice anything odd. She touched her hair and didn't feel that anything was off about it. She then opened the camera app on her phone to see if there was anything on her face but there was nothing on it. She was utterly confused.
If there was nothing wrong about her appearance then there was definitely something written about her. She hastily opened the school's gossip page and her eyes widened on what she had read.

Newsflash,
Rumour has it that Rachael La Bronx, the golden girl of La Bronx Enterprises was caught making out with Michael Saden at the back to school party held last Friday.
Hope you've cooled down, Rachael cause I heard things got a bit steamy.

Rachael scoffed at what had been written about her and Michael. She knew it wasn't true. She and Michael had denied it many times. There was no one in that area where the incident occurred. The only people that were there was Mason, Michelle, Reuben and Michael and there was one person that she was sure of that would've have made up the rumour. Michelle Branningstar.
She was annoyed that this was spreading about but she was frustrated with the fact that Michelle would send something like this to the gossip page. She knew that her and Michael didn't make out even if she was deceiving herself. The only thing that puzzled her was why would Michelle send this out. Was this her way of getting back at Rachael after that little meeting last week?
She arrived at her English class and sat down in her seat. The people around her started to glance at her and she only rolled her eyes.
"We didn't make out if that's what your thinking," she stated harshly it caused the people to stop glancing at her but they were now muttering with each other about what she just said.
'People really believe anything you tell them.'
"She must be desperate if she got with a Royal. I've never seen those two talk before as well," one girl near Michelle whispered to her friend but loud enough for Rachael to hear.
"Right, also I heard that he was seeing some-" the girl was cut off by Michael.
"Don't be quick to believe rumours. We didn't make out," he said loud enough for the whole class to hear. Everyone's mutters seemed to die down and the two girls rushed back to seat embarrassed. Rachael envied the power Michael had. Everyone in the room just seemed to stop talking about it when he said it wasn't true but when she said it no one bothered to listen.
Rachael felt a tap on her shoulder. She turned around facing Michael who had a look of concern on his face.
"You okay?" he asked sincerely. Rachael only looked at him before turning around to face the board when the teacher came in and started the lesson. She was okay but she wasn't going to admit it. She saw this as an opportunity to worm herself into the lives of the Royals. She would guilt-trip him.
Now, Rachael wasn't sure if she wanted to use this method you have opportunities it best to grasp them. But she also wasn't sure if it would work. They weren't close or anything Michael could easily forget about this and not plan to talk to her about the situation. Small things like these usually die down within a week anyway at this school.
She wrote a sentence down on a piece of paper before ripping it gently so that it wouldn't make a sound and folding it then she discreetly held it back so that Michael would see it and take it from her. She felt the paper taken out of her hands and waited for Michael to reply.
"I'm fine but I thought that you would confirm with your friends that nothing happened between us," Michael read. He started writing a reply before folding it back and handing it back to Rachael.
"I did everyone believed me. Except for Michelle. How about I make it up to you with some coffee after school?" Rachael wasn't surprised when he wrote that Michelle didn't believe him so it was most definitely her that sent it. She then playfully rolled her eyes when she read the last part. If they go out together Rachael was sure that someone from school would see them and more gossip would be circulating around school.
She wrote back before handing it back to Michael who read her reply about meeting up after school.
"I don't know. If people see us they might suspect things," she wrote.
"So what? Boys and girls can't hang out together now?" he wrote back.
"It's not that. You know why? You're a Royal," Rachael wrote.
"Come on. It's just for fun," he wrote. Rachael looked back at Michael who smiled.
"Fine," she mouthed to him.
"Great," he mouthed back. Rachael turned back around to start paying attention to the class again. She could use this as a way to get closer to him and possibly she could get closer to the Royals.
Was she using him? She didn't know if she was or not. He was the one who asked first but Rachael saw a way that this could help her with her plan. Michael had not intentions but she had intentions. She felt like she shouldn't get too close to him as she will she would start to reject the idea of bringing him down. She couldn't have that happening. She only had one goal and that was to bring the Royals down.
Besides getting too close to Michael would only bring her heartache as he's notorious for being a heart breaker.
