Chapter 8

It's been a month since Luke and the boys left the country.

I miss them heaps.

Like what he promised he kept in touch. We keep on texting and skyping since then.

Now they're back in Australia for holidays. The tour just ended last week. It was successful. Luke said some influential people offered them to produce their first ever album.

I am so proud of them because I know they're gonna make it big someday.

A buzz from my phone made me step back to reality. It was a message from Luke. He's asking to turn on my face time and we'll talk. Like we're usually do everyday.

I quickly grab my phone and called Luke. It took a while before i saw Luke's face on my phone.

God I miss him so much.

"Hi babe" he said and smiled widely at me. "Christmas is approaching but thing I can't spend it with you." He pouts.

I giggled "yeah but you'll be with your family so it'll be fine."

Suddenly Calum's face popped in the screen shoving Luke behind him.

"Hiya Norlyn how are ya? The boys and i miss you heaps. Hope we could bond soon." He said and grinned.

"I'm good how bout you?

Yeah I miss you too tell Ash and Mikey that I miss them as well. So why are you there? Band practice? "

"Sorta. Gotta go now Ash and Mikey are waiting for me. Just had to check on Luke to see what's he's doing. So bye, see you soon." he explained and turned to Luke "mate see you downstairs. " and I heard footsteps walking towards the door.

"So go and practice with the boys don't keep them waiting. Talk to you later. Had to buy some gifts for everyone."

He nods "sorry bout that. The boys and I are working for a new song. Uhm babe maybe I won't be able to talk to you later cause we'll be busy with writing the song and preparing for Christmas. "

I nod slightly. I'm a bit upset but set aside and forced a smile. "Okay just enjoy your day."

Then he was out.

I sighed. He's been weird this week I could feel his hiding something from me.

I shake my head. I should trust him. So instead of locking myself in my room I decided to send a message to Nikki and asked to accompany me at the mall so I could buy some presents.

Luke's POV

I turned off my phone and went downstairs after talking to Norlyn. I know she could sense that I'm hiding something.

After meeting her at the concert and all the courtship that happened this past month I could tell I already love her. I'm falling for her every single day. I don't know it sounds cheesy but WTF? I just feel like that.

We keep in touch just like I promised her. I learned a lot about her same as she learned about me. We had a lot in common just like our birthdays, were born on July 16 but I'm too years older tho.

I hope she understands why I'm acting like this. Well I'm up to something big. >:)

When I arrived downstairs I saw the boys goofing around.

"Hey! Let's get started. " I called their attention.

They stopped what their doing and followed me at the basement where we usually practice.
