Snowball was comfortably sitting on the picnic bench that was near Gelatin's Steakhouse. He was sipping his juice box and was observing the contestants that where socializing with their friends or whatever they were doing. He was sitting all alone as nobody wanted to talk to him. Well good, he didn't want to talk to anyone either but he did feel kinda lonely and abandoned... Snowball continued to sip his juice, his expression blank as he didn't want to show no emotions if someone walked over to him.

-Lightning Pov-

I was flying around like always, trying to look for my friend, Snowball. I observed the ground, thinking he was somewhere around here. I knew he wasn't with the other objects as he likes to be alone and doesn't want to hangout with those weaklings. I spotted the big white ball of snow and excitedly flied down to him, zooming in fast.

-Snowball Pov-

I was about to get up and go bully those weaklings until I noticed something bright above the sky. I squinted my eyes and saw that it was Lightning. He was almost about to crash into me so I instantly got out of the way and saw lightning crashed into the ground. I stared at him then immediately pulled him out. I grabbed his right arm then gave him a dirty look with my other hand on my hip. 

"Have you lost your mind or something? You could've hit me!!" I yelled at him but Lightning doesn't seemed bothered as I would always lose my temper like this.

"Pfft, don't get your snowflakes all heated up, You got out of the way, didn't you?" I said back at him with my smug face. 

I stared at Lightnings smug face as I really wanted to hurt him but can't. I rolled my eyes then dropped him and watched the bolt of lightning hit the ground once more. He floated up and dusts himself off.

-Lightning Pov-

I looked at Snowball with that smug face of mines. "So, why you sitting here all by yourself?"

Snowball crossed his arms then turned the other way, not facing me. "I just like to sit by myself ok!" He huffed.

I rolled my eyes then floated up to him to face him. My eyes meeting his until Snowball swiftly looked away and I could've sworn I noticed a light pink on his cheeks. 

-Snowball Pov-

I kept trying not to look at Lightning but it was hard as the little bolt of energy would just keep flying in front of me and tell me "What's the matter?" I kept avoiding the question as I didn't feel like answering questions right now. Lightning got in front of my face once more and I was furious with him.

"LIGHTNING, WHY ARE-" I was taken aback as Lightning smooched me on my lips.

-Lightning Pov-

I kissed Snowball on his lips as he kept ignoring me! I kissed him so I could get his attention. It was kinda foolish of me to pull off a move like that but I had no other choice. Surely he would listen to me now and reply to my simple question.

I stopped kissing him then stared softly into his eyes. "Now tell me what's wrong?"

-Snowball Pov-

I gazed at him with my eyes sparkling a little then I quickly blinked them as I didn't want to show Lightning any signs of weak emotions. I crossed my arms once more with my eyes downcast and my face feeling a bit warm as I muttered. "I guess I was just lonely... Not talking to anyone.." Lightning heard what I said then hugged me.

-Lightning Pov-

I hugged Snowball, he felt surprisingly warm for a ball of cold snow. "You can always talk to me~" I whispered to him. Snowball still had a pretty warm face on and tried to cover it up as if he didn't want me to notice. I kissed him once more on his lips. Snowball didn't hesitated to kiss me back. I then let go of him and floated in the air. "Cya later, big boy~" I winked at him and zoomed off.

I could hear Snowball furiously yelling up at me. "DON'T CALL ME BIG BOY!"
