Malia's POV:

*1 month later*

Nothing...

Tommy and I have gotten nowhere, a month has passed since we last talked that faithful night. I cried every night but of course, he never noticed, I just don't understand why he's doing this. It hurts me from our friendship level but also since I've had a crush on him since we were 8-years-old. Tommy has been my best friend for 9 years and I can't lose him. But maybe to keep his friendship I have to lose all thoughts of a relationship with him...

It's a Saturday and I worked hard all day and I have tomorrow off so tonight I am going on a date with my boyfriend. Tommy and I were both Juniors this year which can be hard to believe since we're both on the young side. The Senior all-star on the boy's Basketball team asked me on a date about 2 weeks ago and I said yes. Things went really well and we started dating a few days later. I didn't tell Tommy about it because we never talk anymore anyways. I was starting to regret coming out here, but I feel so much better about it now that I found such a sweet guy. He drives me to and from work and he takes me to and from school. He's just an amazing guy and I couldn't be happier, I walked out the door in a pair of leggings, a tight long sleeve form-fitting shirt, and my coat on. My blonde hair was curled nicely and I had natural makeup on. I opened the car door and sat down. His smile just lit up my day. "Hey babes," He smiled.

"Hi, Trent,"

He reached over and hugged me, "I missed you."

"I missed you too." He set a quick kiss on my lips before driving away. We went to his house for a party and the whole way there his hand was rested on my thigh, once we arrived at the party, it was really cool. All the popular kids were here and I got to meet a ton of new people. Kids were drinking and making out where ever there was an open corner or seat. Tons of dirty dancing was happening and it was such a different environment than what I was used to.

About an hour into the party, I was dancing closely with Trent and he tried to turn me around, he wanted to grind but I got uncomfortable really fast. I pushed him away with a smile. "I'm going to go get a drink," I lied.

Trent was already tipsy though and smiled, "Alright babes, don't be too long,"

I nodded and walked away. God, I don't drink. What am I saying?! What am I doing here? This isn't me... But maybe it's who I should be.

I grabbed a red cup and drank some of it but spit it right back into the cup. I coughed and dumped the fluid down the drain. I threw the cup away and was ready to put my acting to play. I walked over to Trent, he was playing Beer pong with some of his teammates. He wrapped his arm around me and kissed my forehead. "You're the sweetest and most perfect girl I've ever met and I love you so much. You are perfect in every way, shape, and form." I blushed at his words and believed it all. I leaned into him and he rubbed my back.

"Yeah, so Malia, tell us, Trent says he's bedded you multiple times. That you're his lucky charm," His friend Theo smiled.

I was taken back, "What?"

His other friend, Corey smiled, "Trent says that before every game he beds you and that's why we have won every night since you two started dating."

"Is that so?" I looked at Trent and he was smiling down at me.

"You know I don't lie babes." His hand started trailing down my back and I tensed up. His hand landed on my ass and he started squeezing it. "She's the best thing that ever happened to me and this team."

I was beyond uncomfortable and when Trent moved to my hip and started trailing lower I pushed him away from me. "Don't." Trent has never bedded me and he wasn't going to start tonight.
