Malia's POV:

"Let's go, Malia!"

I was sitting in my room re-reading another book when Jerry came into my room. "Where are we going?"

"The Sparta tournament,"

"I didn't know I was going to that."

"Duh, come on, I got a surprise for you too. Put your short shorts on and a tank top. I have a shirt for you out here."

I sighed and got up. My hair was down in curls, I put those stupid shorts on and walked out of my room with black ankle socks covering my feet from the cold tile. "What?"

"Pick a fighter to support." The table had 16 shirts on it. "They're all mediums so they should fit you well."

"Who is who?"

Jerry pointed at them. "Midnight, The Dane, The Octopus, Koba, Maddog, Soul of a Lion which is Brendan Conlon, Diego Santana," He kept talking but I tuned it out. Brendan is fighting too?! Oh shit... "And finally," He pointed to a dark camouflage tank top with a 'T' on it. "The War Hero, Tommy Riordan." It was an obvious choice for me but I waited to make it look like I had to think about it. I fake reached for Koba and then picked up Tommy's Tank top. "Really?"

I nodded, "I think he's cool. He came out of nowhere, Jerry." I lied.

"Ok, well, go get changed."

I went into my room and took my shirt off. I slipped the tank top on and it was really tight on me, I think that was the point though. It showed cleavage and was cropped so my lower stomach was showing. I loved it though because I was supporting Tommy, but other than that I felt really exposed, normal 25-year-olds probably would have loved it but I didn't. I walked out and Jerry was wearing a Maddog Shirt. I rolled my eyes and looked to see someone wearing a Koba shirt. I waited and when they turned around I smiled, "Seb?"

He smiled at me, "Hey, Malia!" I hugged him and smiled brightly. He whispered to me, "I'm going to get you out of here."

I nodded, "I missed you too!" I said to try and throw Jerry off.

"Let's get going, we don't want to miss any of the fights!" Jerry yelled. He walked out of the room with Seb and I following him, it was about 9:00 PM, there were fireworks going off in the light sky. There were people everywhere. We made it in and got our tickets scanned, we went through security and then walked to our seats. We were front row to the cage and were right next to the door and we were near the announcers. I smiled and Jerry patted Sebastian's shoulder. "I'll be right back, watch her."

"Yeah, man. No problem."

Jerry walked away and Seb looked at me. "What happened?" I explained everything to him including that Tommy was fighting and so was Brendan. "Well, that was a lot."

"Yeah, I know." The only thing I left out was Baby Conlon. Jerry came back as the first fight was starting. It was Maddog and some guy. Maddog went off on him, he was probably imagining that it was Tommy. He won and left the cage. Fight 1 was done and Jerry was really happy. They took 5 minutes to clean the cage, it was about a 2-minute fight. Next out was 2 guys I didn't recognize, the dark-skinned guy won and would be facing Maddog, fight 2 was done. Then came Koba, the lights were flashing red and yellow, Koba was huge! I wasn't sure how he was a middleweight, and he went to town on his guy, he didn't even break a sweat. Just three punches and done, Seb was happy and watched him leave the cage. We were only 20 minutes into the night and the longest periods were them cleaning the blood, sweat, and spit out of the cage. It was gross. 2 more fights passed as did 14 more minutes. The one guy I didn't recognize and he was going to fight Koba. Then out came Diego Santana as the other fighter that won. Jerry and him were friends, and Diego had taken interest in me at Jerry's stupid 'showing.' I wasn't paying attention and one started speaking. "It looks as though the moment of truth has arrived, because here comes Tommy Riordan."
