I took a deep breath.

"What's with all the sweating?" Luke asked. "You nervous to see me?"

"I think nervous is the understatement of the century." I responded.

Luke smirked. "You look different. But fine as always."

I rolled my eyes. "I got rid of the green." I replied, running my fingers through my hair, where the faded green streak used to be. Didn't want anyone to think I was affiliated with the Prophet$, still-".

"Nobody is affiliated with the Prophet$, Mia. Word in here is you wiped them all out with your little friends." Luke explained.

"I had nothing to do with it. It was all Turner's son, and-"

"Your Santos boyfriend, eh?"

I sighed. "I didn't come here for this. I came here for advice. My stepdad trusted you and Latrelle with everything Prophet related. So I was hoping that you could tell me what you know."

Luke raised an eyebrow. "Speak."

"Cuchillos." I quickly replied.

"Heir to the Santos? Lil' Ricky's ex bitch?" Luke laughed. "What's your business with her?"

"She threatened too many people I care about. And she's very unstable. I need to find out more about her, a weakness. Someone close to her besides Lil' Ricky. Anything that gives me and my friends an advantage over her." I explained.

"Mia, I don't think you understand what you're getting yourself into messing with her." Luke responded. "You get on her bad side, babygirl you're screwed."

"So you can't help me?" I questioned.

"Even if I could, why the hell would I want to?" Luke asked.

"Because you're my-"

"We were friends until you got my whole crew in here over some bullshit money heist. Be lucky I don't open my mouth about your little ass." Luke said.

I sighed. "You changed. You used to be so full of life. You had a smile on your face everyday. Then when you killed that guy and got that tattoo under your eye...".

"Are we done?" Luke questioned.

I slammed the phone back onto the wall and got up. This is why I left. So I didn't have to end up like this, or even grow up to be like Cuchillos for that matter. I heard a knock on the glass. I turned around to see Luke with his hand against the wall. Phone still in hand. I sighed, then went back to sit down. He pointed at the phone and I took it and put it up against my ear again.

"There's no way you're going to get what you want if you throw a temper tantrum and just give up all the time." Luke explained.

"Inspiring words. Are we done?" I asked.

Luke smirked. "You wouldn't be shit without your looks and your attitude."

I scoffed and rolled my eyes. "You know there's only one way out of this." Luke said.

I frowned. "Yeah, I'm starting to realize that now."

My phone buzzed in my hand. When I seen the text from Cesar, my eyes widened.

"I gotta go."

~~~~
"What do you mean "missing"?" I asked Cesar.
"He won't call, text back, nothing. And where the hell were you?" Cesar questioned.
"Out trying to find another option to handle this other than killing Cuchillos, which you won't shut the hell up about doing." I answered.
