The week following the storm Taehyung had been feeling extra lonely and needy. Besides avoiding Jungkook--which was rather foolish considering the deadline for the project would be coming up soon--he hadn't wanted to sleep by himself. Which is why Friday morning found him curled up next to Jimin with his head buried in the crook of the smaller's neck. Jimin didn't mind at all, he wasn't sure what had gotten over Taehyung but he wasn't about to complain.
It was barely six in the morning when someone began to lightly rap on their door. When the two sleeping boys didn't answer, they began to pound loudly on the wooden frame. Jimin slowly opened his eyes and rolled out of bed, grumbling softly to himself he padded towards the door and opened it.
"Good morning, Jimin!" Ji chirped loudly, pushing past him into the dorm room.
Jimin groaned audibly, "Tae," he said, "your annoying ass friend is here." Ji rolled her eyes, she had gotten used to Jimin's cold attitude towards her ever since he discovered they shared a name.
"Wakey-wakey, sleepy head," Ji whispered with a grin, tickling Taehyung's sides effectively.
The younger began to stir uncomfortably before opening an eye and frowning deeply, "Jimin," he whined, "I told you to stop letting my annoying ass friend in at such ungodly hours."
Ji scoffed and hit him in the face with a pillow. Taehyung began to giggle softly, "What do you want, Ji?" he asked.
"You two!" she exclaimed, grabbing Jimin by the wrist and Taehyung by the other, "Pack an overnight bag, we're going to the beach today!"
Jimin laughed, "No way," he crawled back in bed next to Taehyung and pulled him close, "we don't want to go."
Taehyung giggled, but pulled out of his friend's grasp to sit up. "Why an overnight bag?" he asked curiously.
Ji smiled, "My aunt owns a lake house in Yongin, she said we could all stay there for a couple nights while she's away and it's only a three hour drive from campus."
"Who's all going?" Taehyung asked curiously, honestly a weekend away did sound inviting.
"Yoongi, Namjoon, Hobi and I! And hopefully both of you," she slid her bottom lip out into a pout, "pleaaasseee."
Taehyung laughed and looked at Jimin, "What do you think? Could be fun."
"But it's too cold to swim or lay out," Jimin pointed out.
"True," Ji admitted, "but it's a whole ass lake house to ourselves!"
"Fine," Jimin agreed.
Ji squealed loudly, "Yay! I'll go tell the others you're coming. We're leaving before noon, so get ready quickly and meet by my car!"
