Oh Boy

Sunny Afternoon

Joy was called in to BigHit Entertainment so that she could read over her contract that she'll be signing with the company.

She informed the company's Acting and Theater department, that'd she go straight to the company after classes on Thursday afternoon. Once she finished her theater class, she immediately left for the company.

"Good afternoon, I'm here to see Kim Seokjin." She showed her student card to the receptionist who told her to go to the sixth floor.
Once she got to Jin's office, she greeted the sunbae happily before taking a seat.

"Ah Joy-ssi welcome to my office! How are you doing today?"

"I'm fine thanks oppa! I'm really happy to be here."

"Hehe that's great. I'll show you around the company later. For now, I want to you to read over the contract. And please, take your time reading it before signing. If you'd like a lawyer, we can hire one for you incase there are any terms you're not sure of." Jin handed over a contract to Joy who saw her name on it before getting excited.

"Omonaaa that's really my name on there! I know I have to read it and all, but this is reality oh my gosh!"

"K k k k, Aigoo... It's understandable. Would you like anything to drink? Water, coffee tea or juice?"

"Hmm some coffee please!" Jin walked off as Joy went on her phone scrolling through social media.

"Yo yo Joonie coming through, you'll never guess what, I've got news for y—" Namjoon sang as he walked into Jin's office staring at a shocked Joy who stared back at him.

"Mwoya... Namjoon oppa? Hahaha!!!"

"Uhh... Joy-ssi... I didn't know you were going to be here today, I'm sorry for startling you." Namjoon stood still in the doorway while Joy got up to bow in greeting.

"That was really funny, haha, do you always greet Jin oppa in that way?"

"Well... We do what can to not be bored hehe..."

"Wah, I can't wait to join the company — I know just by having cool sunbae's, like you and Jin oppa, I'll never be bored!"

Jin arrived holding two lattes and greeted Namjoon who has joined.

"Ah Namjoon, good to see you again after a while. Here's a latte for you Joy... Omo a phone call, please excuse me." Jin took out his phone and walked out of the office leaving Namjoon and Joy alone again.

"Well, I'll leave you be then... Uhm see you around!" Namjoon walked out of the office before Joy could reply.

Joy frowned at the awkward behavior of Namjoon, but just brushed it off as him being too busy. She then saw Seulgi updating pictures from her trip to New York and liked all the posts before commenting how envious she was of Seulgi's trip.

"Ah Joy, I unfortunately got some bad news. I have to go to an emergency meeting in the next fifteen minutes." Jin walked in announcing the news to Joy.

"Ah gwaenchanayo oppa, we can schedule this for another time." Joy tried to sound optimistic but had a sullen look on her face as she could not explore the company today.

"We can definitely reschedule the contract signing, but as for the company tour — That doesn't need to be cancelled today!" Jin had a big smile on his face as Joy looked at him in confusion.

"Neh? I don't understand..."

"Namjoon will give you a tour! He just went back to the studio quickly, wait here for him."

"Well, I'll leave you be then... Uhm see you around!" Namjoon walked off before the younger woman in Jin's office had time to reply. He stumbled into a smiling Jin waiting in the hallway for him and asked what the matter was.
