Your POV
Me and Volcano went back home, everyone was worried about Susan, if not the world itself. However, after an entire day of pacing the floor, worrying nonstop. We heard a massive explosion, we ran outside. Volcano barked happily, "Yip! Yip! Arooo!!!" I smiled and yelled, "Wa-hoo!" The explosion was from the alien mother ship, in other words, the UFO. Suddenly, we heard another loud sound, we looked right, I smiled, there was Susan, the monsters, and General Monger, flying on Insectosaurus, who was now a butterfly dinosaur. Butterflyosaurus, formally known as Insectosaurus, landed on the street. He set down his wing and the monsters slid off. "Susan!" I yelled as me, Volcano, and my parents went to see her. "(Y/n)! Mom! Daddy!" Susan said, "oh Susan!" Mom said happily, "Ever since you were a baby I knew that someday,...you would, you know, save the earth from an invasion from outer space" "I think what mom is trying to say," I said, "Is that she knew that you are made by God to do great things" Susan smiled and nodded, "Thank you guys, but it wasn't just me" she said as she gestures to her friends. Just then, I was pushed to the side by a brown headed meanie named Derrek. He was trying to get an interview with my sister, after what he did to her!? Suddenly, Susan picked him up by the jacket, I smiled gleefully, I knew where this was going! "This is Susan Murphy saying, goodbyyyyye Derrek!" Susan yelled triumphantly as she flicked him into the air. Fortunately for Derrek, he didn't land on the ground and hurt himself and landed on Bob, or rather in Bob. Bob spit Derrek out and said, "Derrek, you are a selfish jerk!" I completely agreed with Bob. Then, a thought came to mind, all the monsters that stopped the alien invasion, including my sister, were free now, but what about my dog, Volcano? I realized that I had to ask the general myself. I gestured for Volcano to follow me, and she did. "General Monger?" I asked, slightly shy, the general turned to me. I scooped up my dog in my arms and said, "General, there's something that I need to ask, two weeks ago, I found a little brown dog in the streets. I brought her her home, and she's family to me. However, she's a lava creature, technically classified as a monster. It's not that I have a problem with that, I don't; I was afraid, that you and your men would take my dog, Volcano away, just like my sister, Susan." There was silent in the air, I felt like my life was going in slow motion. Finally, the General smiled and asked, "Young lady, is it true that you've been taking care of this little pooch?" "Yes, sir!" I replied, "And has your dog been getting into any trouble since you've taken care of her?" The General asked, "No, sir," I replied. The general stood shoulders back, back strait and said, "Then I see no reason why we should take your dog, if you're already doing such a good job with her. Just remember, she's your responsibility. Take of her now" I was so happy, I saluted him and said, "Sir! Yes, sir!" Volcano copied me and said, "Sir! Yes, sir!" The general nodded as I set Volcano down. The general turned to the monsters and said, "Monsters, I'm so proud of you, I could cry, if I hadn't lost my tear ducts in the war. But not crying will have to wait; the world needs you again." "What is it, General?" Susan asked, "It seems that a snail fell into a fresh nuclear reactor. As we speak. S. Gargantua is slowly making his way to Paris." General Monger informed. All five monsters were in, then the General turned to me and said, "Now, young lady," "(y/n), sir," I politely corrected, "(y/n), because of missions such as these, your sister may not be able to visit as much as you like; which is why I am giving you this." The general handed me a slip of paper, on the top it said, Area 50 something address. Slightly confused, I looked back up at the General. He smirked and said, "It's the address to our base, so that you and Susan can keep in touch." I smiled, I was so excited. I hugged the general and said, "thank you, general!" I pulled away and the general nodded. The monsters climbed up onto Butterflyosaurus, almost ready for their flight. I climbed up to the top of my house along with Volcano, so that we could get a better view of our new friends' flight. Finally, a big busy of wind came from each flap of Butterflyosaurus's wings. Team monster took off, everyone waved goodbye and good luck. "You go, sis!" I yelled, "Good luck, guys!" Volcano yelled. Butterflyosaurus flew into the sky, the wind blew dramatically as I watched Butterflyosaurus until they were so far away that we couldn't see them anymore. The sun just started to set on the horizon. I didn't know where my next monstrous adventure would take me and Volcano. But at least now, I knew that I would see my sister again, and my dog was safe. I was ready for whatever came next. But I didn't truly understand that my monstrous adventure was just beginning.
