Chapter: One

It was 2012 when Jimin joined BTS, completing the group.

It was a few days after that he passed the audition. He was sent to join the other members at their dorm. He was excited to meet them, but also extremely nervous, to meet the guys he was going to be living with. The group's manager showed him to a small apartment. 

"Here is the dorm Jimin. The other members are inside, ready to meet you." Jimin smiled, nervous. 

"Thanks for showing me the way Hyung!" He expressed his gratitude, smiling so big his eyes turned into little crescents, causing the manager to stare at him in awe. 

"Your eyes are beautiful Jimin-ah! If you keep using those eyes of yours, you will be getting plenty of attention." Jimin shyly laughed, embarrassed. 

"Thanks Hyung. It's starting to get late, so I am gonna head inside," their manager nodded. 

"You are right! Go ahead, and go meet the other members. Message if there is anything you need." He left Jimin there as he headed back to the company, which, luckily, was a short distance away from his new dorm.

Jimin picked up his belongings and walked to the front door. Pausing, he gulped nervously before knocking on the door. He heard a voice shout from inside, 

"Taehyung-ah! Can you please answer the door? I think he is here." A few seconds later, the door is opened by a tall boy with a cute boxy grin on his face. 

"You must be our new member?" he asked. Jimin nodded shyly. 

"Come in! We have been waiting for you to get here! I'm Taehyung, Kim Taehyung and a 95' liner" he introduced, while letting Jimin enter. 

"Oh! We are the same age! I'm Jimin, Park Jimin. It is so nice to meet you Taehyung!" Jimin said smiling. Taehyung laughs and starts pulling Jimin to go meet the others. 

"Wait, what about my things?" asks Jimin, worried someone would get angry at him for leaving his stuff there. 

"It can stay here for now and we will help bring it in later" Taehyung assured, while pulling him along. There was no doubt that Taehyung was excited to get to know Jimin. 

"Guys! This is our new member, Jimin!" Taehyung announced, making the others look at the shy boy standing next to Taehyung. 

"Come on Jimin, please don't be shy", Taehyung pleaded, attempting to comfort the newest member, who just bowed in respect to everyone. 

"Chin up! All the members are nice and I'm sure you will get along with everyone just fine." As Taehyung stands with Jimin, a boy with the brightest smile approaches the duo. 

"I'm Jung Hoseok a.k.a. J-Hope and I'm a 94'Liner." Taehyung tells him happily that he and Jimin are the same age. J-Hope smiles grew and replied. 

"Oh! I thought you were younger than Kook since you're just so precious." Another boy with broad shoulders approached. 

"I'm Jin, Kim Seokjin, and I'm a 92'Liner" Jin introduced, hugging him. A tall boy walked up. There was a certain way he held himself. 

"I'm Namjoon, Kim Namjoon a.k.a. Rapmon and also a 94'Liner and the leader of this crazy group." he joked, smiling. He continued, speaking to the last two people. 

"Hyung, Guk! Introduce yourselves!" With little emotion, the next one introduced himself. 

"I'm Yoongi, Min Yoongi a.k.a Suga and a 93'Liner." Jimin's eyes widened a bit in response. He was a bit taken aback by his attitude. Hoseok starts chuckling, finding Jimin's reaction amusing.

"Don't mind him. Believe it or not, but that is the nicest way he greets someone," he patted Jimin's back, assuring him things were okay as Taehyung brings his attention to the smaller boy sitting a few inches away from Yoongi. 

"Jungkook...?" The said boy was dazed. Getting no response, they tried again. 

"Hello? Jungkook-ah, are you alright?" Yoongi probed, finally getting the boy to look at him.

"Oh! Hyung, I'm sorry! Hello, I'm Jungkook, Jeon Jungkook." he shyly said, looking everywhere but at Jimin. Taehyung cuts in. 

"He's the youngest and is our 97'Liner." Jimin nods in response, muttering that Jungkook was cute, which got an agreement from Taehyung. 

After the introductions, the members helped Jimin move all his stuff into their room and get him unpacked. And for the first time, the fully formed BTS all ate dinner together that night, making Jimin feel right at home. And just like that, Jimin was happy! 

Three months passed with Jimin becoming close to all the members but one. One member was always shy and avoids Jimin like the plague. The only talented member that Jimin hadn't been able to talk with. While Jimin finds it cute, he still can't believe how a young boy can be so talented. He was absolutely shocked when he found out what he could do. He sings beautifully, dances gracefully, and is basically good at everything he does. But Jimin just wanted to get to know him better. He wanted to get to know the boy behind the talent.
