Lucas was let out of the hospital with minor wounds this morning. Maya and Lucas went back to the hotel and the group joined them in the room watching movies all day to relax after the mission last night. The plane back to New York took off at 5:00pm, they landed about half an hour ago.

The group of 5 were on their way to the headquarters to return the briefcase, entering Mr Lopez' office he welcomed them warmly, "You are my new favourite people" he laughed, taking the briefcase from Zay and sifting through the files. "And who might you be" Mr Strayed, Lucas' boss asked Farkle and Riley. "I'm Riley! I'm Lucas' sister and Mayas best friend and this is Farkle my boyfriend" Riley greeted happily, both of them shaking his hand

Riley's facial expression changed once she saw the slight evil grin on her brothers bosses face. "And what happened to you" He asked, turning to Lucas. "I was stabbed Sir, but it's nothing major" Lucas finally spoke up, still in slight pain "come back to headquarters with me. We'll get it fixed" Mr strayer said heading out the office door.

Lucas turned to say bye to his friends, only making one hug to Riley before being told to hurry up by his boss. Expressions were shared around the group confused by the unnecessary tone used by Mr Strayer "he's always been like that. Grumpy Fuck" Mr Lopez said causing the rest of the group to laugh.

He allowed Maya, Zay, Riley and Farkle to go back home as their work was done. As for Lucas, Mr strayer took him to the medic centre at the headquarters where they were able to heal the wound instantly leaving nothing but a scar. While Lucas was in the medic room, Mr strayer called Agent Joshua Matthews to his office.

"I need you to go to Maya Harts apartment, Just like every other agent, she has a hard drive containing her information. I need you to find it" He told him, Joshua agreed, "see this is why your my favourite agent..Lucas is too soft" Mr Strayer added, that same evil grin on his face.

Josh headed over to Mayas apartment and climbed through her bedroom window. The shower was running, a singing voice was heard notifying him that she was in there. He searched the entire room trying to find the hard drive. Under the bed, in a jewellery box, nightstand, even went through her panty drawer in an attempt to find it.

His eyes happened to land on a small air vent that was just beside her set of drawers. He quickly twisted the four screws, one in each corner, to try and open the vent. Once he did a small red hard drive was taped to the side of the wall. He snatched the hard drive off and began screwing the screws into each corner when the shower turned off and the singing stopped

Josh quickly hid in her wardrobe because he wouldn't be able to make it out in time. He closed the door and peaked through the shutters to keep an eye on her movement. She simply walked in wrapped up in a towel and opened her drawers, grabbing out a pair of pyjamas and some other bits before walking back out the room again.

He sighed in relief, making a quick escape and heading out the window toward the headquarters. He placed the hard drive on Mr Strayers desk who was grateful to see his quick arrival "well done" he congratulated, taking the hard drive and placing it in the side of his computer.

Mr strayer had forged a document, needing Mayas personal details which included her signature to edit onto the bottom of the contract making it look like she signed it "you better go before Lucas gets back in here" He warned Josh who quickly left the office.

Lucas walked through minutes later looking a lot better then before, a healed wound on his abdomen. "Thank you sir" he said kindly "Before you go Lucas I wanted to show you this" Mr strayer said giving Lucas the contract "While you guys were away I had access to Mr Lopez' office. I found this document on the computer and thought you need to see it" He stated. Lucas took a quick scan over the one page document

I Maya Hart agree to become best friends with Riley Matthews and the Matthew family in an attempt to kill them in the months of 2020. I understand that by signing this contract I must carry out my long term mission of killing the family

Lucas read, "there's no way Maya would do this to our Family" Lucas tried to justify "its all there boy..I thought I'd give you a heads up. Because of this we have decided to move your mission up to this week. Maya Hart must be dead by Sunday" Mr Lopez stated in a serious tone. "Fine" he hissed, stomping out the office.

Lucas was mad, beyond mad. How could she sign a contract to kill a whole family? Who would put over 10 years of their life into killing someone? He decided that he was going to go through with his mission to protect his family. No matter how much he liked a girl, she did accept to kill his family.

Later that night he sat on the couch flicking through movies. He just wanted to speak to her, to ask her about it. To ask why she would want to kill him or his family but he knew it would just blow his cover. He wanted to see her, to hold her, but at the same time he never wanted to see her again, he wanted her to disappear

A knock on the door brought him out of his thoughts, he opened the door to reveal Maya "I was just on a walk and I wanted to see if you were okay" she smiled sweetly. Her words annoyed him, "I'm fine thank you" he stated, short and simply. "Oh..well can I come in?" She asked

"I'm not feeling too good maybe another night. Go home Maya, it's dark out" Lucas stated, shutting the door on her. He heard a small sigh from the thick wood and her steps got quieter and quieter as she made her way away from the house. He instantly regretted the rudeness in his tone but knew it was for the best. 

Maya -

- Friday 9:30 am in history class -

Lucas had ignored me for pretty much the first half of the week. It wasn't till about 5th period Wednesday when he began talking again. He didn't make it obvious enough for anyone but me to notice which I thought was strange, but he never returned any texts or calls when I asked him what I'd done wrong

"The secret of life" Mr Matthews states, writing it on the board "Miss Hart?" He asks, gesturing to me. "People change people" I reply, Riley and I smiling at each other. "Sir, what if people don't change people?" Lucas asked from behind me "what do you mean Mr Friar?" He asked

"Well what if someone you thought had changed or someone you thought you knew was different? Does that mean that people don't change people?" He asked, i slouched in my seat guessing it was aimed at me. "Well as an example Mr Friar, before high school Maya was quite the rebellious teen. Always getting into trouble..when her and Riley became friends Miss Hart settled down and Riley opened up more, to be more aware of her surroundings. So in that case, they changed each other" Mr Matthews explained

"But what if that's wrong?" He asked again, what part of this does he not understand? "Lucas what are you trying to say?" Farkle questioned, ive just about had enough of this now. "I think what he's trying to say is that people don't change people, as in Riley hasn't changed Me" I state, turning in my seat to face Lucas who gives me an annoyed look

"Considering you didn't even know me then I think that would be quite a big judgement to make" I add pissed off "yea Lucas Mayas a great person" Riley defends. "Well maybe we don't know her as well as you thought" he mumbles below his breath

"What is your problem with me!" I stand, raging with anger. Lucas lifted his head surprised by my outbreak "you were perfectly fine having me over every other night and staying in my hotel room and letting me babysit you at a hospital so Please tell me what I've done wrong!" I shout

"Maya I'm sorry-" he starts quietly "No I'm over this! You've been ignoring me all week, giving me stares and mumbling under your breath! I give up with you Lucas I've tried to be nice and overnight you've like flicked a switch of some sort! You wanna see the old Maya, Lucas?!, well you've got her" i demand, picking up my bag from the floor and striding to the classroom door

"Miss Hart you do not walk out of my classroom" Mr Matthews states, stopping me in my path. I take one look back to my friends, Riley who looks upset, Farkle and smackle look confused, Zay looks amused and Lucas... Lucas looked me dead in the eyes, regret written all over his face "Ooo I'm so scared" I Laugh to Mr Matthews before exiting the room.

That's when I decided I'll complete my mission, I'll kill Lucas Friar.
