'And here we are...finally...home! ' Aslan thought to himself as the black Audi of Khan came to a halt in front of a large, white & brown marbelled, posh & rich mansion.
'But wait...WHY HERE??'Aslan thought.'This is not my home!...I wanna go home!!! my home!!! '
''Why here?? I thought you are dropping me at my place!''Aslan finally mouthed his dissapointed thoughts.
''See the weather Aslan...its raining heavilly...it would be the best if you stay at my place tonight...besides my home isn't that bad either!'' Khan said glancing at the mansion.
''Yeah...if you insist!...its sooo late anyways..'' a tired Aslan said.
''Come on then! you are visiting the 'Khan mansion' for the first time...you're my guest today.''a welcoming Khan said.
Khan drove the car through the main gate...'God even the gate was gorgeous!'...Aslan thought, but the moment the car went in he felt strange...oddly strange...a creepy feeling that left a chill to his spine. The feeling was almost like a dejavu, but something he never experienced before.
He ignored it.
But he wanted to run. Away from this place...it gave him that cold sinister feeling. It felt like some despicable soul hovered over him.
Despite of all these cringeworthy sensations a weird force was still pushing him.
If he didn't like the place,he could've simply told Khan that he wanted to go to his home.
But no,Aslan inhaled one heavy breath and let go...perhaps he was too tired and therefore felt all these creepy things...he thought. He ignored it all and just decided to stay.
Afterall it was just one night.
As Khan took the car inside,Aslan noticed that surprisingly there were no gaurds.
By now,Khan had parked the car in his personal garrage.
Both of them now got out of the car.
The fresh drops of rain hit both their skins & the weather was only worsening...both thought to themselves.
Luckily they weren't entirely wet as they stood under the garrage roof.
Khan started moving away from the car with a yawning Aslan on his trail...who walked behind him casually with hands in pockets.
They walked through the lush green lawn and stone pathway that lead their way straight to the main house door.
On their right side was the garrage they came from, while on the left was a big swimming pool which could easily accomodate 10 people at a time.
At the centre of it was a large fountain, that sprinkled water around it even through the heavy raindrops falling over it.
''So,how is it?'' Khan asked Aslan who was busy observing the amazing night view of the mansion yard.
''Are you sure there is more to your house? I already love it!''Aslan said happily.
''Yeah,obviously...the frontyard is actually my favourite part too...its designed by my sister-in-law...she's currently pursuing her degree in architechture.''
Khan spoke,as he unlocked the large intricately designed mahogany main door.
As both entered the dimly lit hall Aslan felt it again. It was like a very bad memory. No,he never came here before...how on earth could it be a memory?
'Ignore it,ignore it...' Aslan chanted in his mind...although loud enough that Khan heard it.
''Ignore what?'' Khan asked.Bewilderment danced in his dark amber eyes.
''Do you not like my house,I mean its okay really if you feel so cause-''
''Ugh...No!I love your place...my God! How can you even think that! Its so beautifull!'' Aslan covered up as he saw a disappointed look replace Khan's previously happy expression.
''The hall is so well-furnished and all...the walls,ceilling...damn even the floor!'' he said glancing at the rich carpets under his feet, then the four Indo-Gothic pillars through which he could see the kitchen.
The sofa had a light creme colour in front of which was a small coffee table on which was placed a beautiful flower pot.
The front wall...right in front of the sofa had a very large T.V.
''So...''Khan said,this time happier.''If you feel thirsty..or even hungry,the kitchen's right there.''
Then he took him to the left of the hall which had an enormous staircase.Khan led the way up.
While going through a passage,Khan stopped in front of a white oak door.
''Here...thats your room.Sleep tight boy...if you need anything don't wake me up...I'm a heavy sleeper,you gotta know.''
''Yeah,yeah...whatever.''Aslan replied disintrestedly.
''Don't 'whatever' me kid.''
''I'm no kid, you are just an old man.''
''Shutup Aslan...i'm just 4 years older to you.''
''Hmmm..... oldman '' Aslan said and chuckled slyly.
''Ugh! whatever...make yourself home...& see you at breakfast tommorow.''Khan said and walked away towards his own room which also belonged to Mrs.Khan. Although,Aslan had never seen her in person.
He vanished through the passage corridors...'perhaps another staircase out there...leading to another floor he owns.'Aslan thought.
'That richie-rich....' he smirked and entered his room.
''Sleep...finally.''he muttered to himself as he saw the extremely comfortable white bed ahead of him.
But that dull feeling returned...it wasn't like it had just vanished before. It took a lot of efforts to hide it from the over observant Khan with a simple excuse of a headache.
His head started throbbing, as a sudden ghastly and extremely blur image passed his eyes.
''I need a lot of sleep...a lot!''he said trying to comfort himself and locked the door behind him.
With great efforts he ignored it but somewhere deep in the mind, the feeling still bugged him.
