Louis is hurrying inside his apartment building around 11:30 PM, his mind still full of Harry's incredible performance on Broadway.

He thinks over certain songs that Harry performed tonight as he's climbing into the elevator, seeing one of the new elevator operators on duty tonight... instead of Tom.

"How are you, Ralph," Louis manages to tilt his head in Ralph's direction as he does his best to smile and fake this once more.

He doesn't talk much at all with Ralph, however. He keeps it to mere small talk as he awaits to exit on his floor. He tells him a quick goodnight and hurries off for his apartment. He's only thinking about meeting Harry now near the Hudson River. Seeing him again after an entire week.

He does wonder if Harry might not show up tonight. He's slowly changing into more comfortable attire as the thought crosses his mind. Perhaps Harry won't show because he's too afraid of Louis' father... and the power that he holds.

Harry doesn't want to ruin anything for Louis and Louis is more than aware of that. So, what if Harry really doesn't show up tonight after all? What if Louis has to face the fact that Harry won't physically see him anymore?

Louis' mind however, is quickly remembering Harry's concert on Broadway, and the heartbreaking songs that he just performed only hours earlier. And somehow, Louis just knows that Harry will show tonight. He has to miss Louis as much as Louis misses him.

He remembers the looks that he received from his own father... and from Ben Winston... during Harry's concert; it was obvious to everyone what Harry felt for Louis as he sang every song directly to Louis.

He's soon beginning to remember his conversation with his father earlier in the night; it had all been so awkward between them, as if his dad couldn't see him the same anymore.

He remembers his father discussing Alice... and a wedding. And Louis isn't quite sure how to even tell Harry about that. How can anyone expect him to marry a woman that he can't even love? How is he suppose to marry someone when he feels nothing for them?

And how is he meant to see Harry once he is married?

Louis sits on the sofa a few moments later,  watching the clock ticking away slowly. He only wishes time would go a little faster. He's so anxious, he's so nervous. He's a bundle of nerves while he thinks about being face to face with Harry again... even if it's only been a week since he's talked to him.
